We had Leonard out to our house to replace an anode rod in our water heater. Unfortunately, once he started working he realized the rod was no longer in a condition where it could safely be replaced (because we'd waited too long to get it done). He not only honestly told us that but also reduced the cost of his service call - and his quote for the job was already the most reasonable quote we'd gotten. So, the next time we need work done guess who we are calling? If you need HVAC I highly recommend you give him a call.

My heater went out, and B & D Industries replaced it. They sent Chris Garcia and Estevan Martinez out to do the job. These two were incredible, intelligent, pleasant, hardworking, and trustworthy representatives of this company. They worked hard all day; they focused on correcting the venting issues under my house and roof; they needed to dig out an area under my house to get under a foundational beam; they installed the heater, which works efficiently. I was so pleased with the outcome that I plan to call this company for my future plumbing or electrical needs. I recommend B & D Industries for your plumbing and electrical needs.

I've deal with Doc for several years through two different businesses. Their service is the same if your a small guy or a larger company! I can't say that I've dealt with everyone, but I have with most. The show room is beautiful and Carla is a joy to deal with.

The back counter is always well stocked with plenty of staff and some one either there or in the hallway is always willing to help out.

The warehouse is well lit and well stocked from plumbing parts, fixtures, to hvac components to cast iron pipe and more.

Don't be afraid to darken their doorstep.

I ordered my dream sink from Doc Savage Supply, my sales person was Andrea Cordova. First it took two weeks longer to get the sink than I was told. Then we discovered the sink had a crack in it, not the fault of Doc Savage. Two days after I first called Andrea, she told me that Kohler had express shipped a new sink and it would get to Albuquerque the next week. A week and a few days later still no sink. She told me she would call and get the tracking information and call me back. By the next days she still hadn't called me, so I called and talked to her supervisor. Come to find out Andrea hadn't even called Kohler and no sink was on it's way. I had to find a sink else where and still waiting on my refund. Bottom line don't purchase anything from Doc Savage Supply and Andrea Cordova.

The showroom is the best in Albuquerque as they have the biggest selection. Their people--most recently Andrea and Marco--have always been both pleasant and efficient. Customer service is great! We would definitely go back for our next project. It doesn't get better than these professionals.
