We thought our water heater was leaking and needed someone sent out ASAP. We received a quick reply and had a technician sent out the following day. Luckily, our water heater was not leaking. The technician even took a quick look at our toilet that was giving us issues. He solved the problem within minutes. I will most definitely utilize this company again. They have excellent customer service!

They were first off the mark in responding to my query, but estimate came in at more than twice what 3 other firms bid--average from other companies was ca $700, Day and Night estimated $1800.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and needed to be snaked (we had already tried drano, plunging, and clearing the P trap). Day&Night was the only plumber I saw that offered a free consultation. They came out that same day and successfully snaked the drain. They were quick to respond to my request and the plumber worked efficiently and was professional. That was back in May and so far, so good! Only issue was that the initial quote to snake the drain was a bit high, I think around $350 vs $150-250 range I had gotten from others. When I brought this to their attention they offered a more consistent price; there may have been a misunderstanding with the initial request.

I was calling places during Memorial Day weekend, and they were so responsive and helpful. Ngura was able to quickly pinpoint a prior issue that hadn't been fixed, and then also figured out a much bigger problem that had been created by shoddy plumbing work in the past. His work was careful and thorough, and he didn't leave until it was completed or we'd set a time for when he was coming back and what additional materials he needed. It's such a relief to have found a good plumber.

San San was very kind on the phone and sent a team to check out my issue promptly. Lal B and Tawn were terrific - they worked quickly on an issue that I'd been struggling with for some time, and the price was reasonable. Turns out that Lal is a master licensed plumber (after 20 years of working for Len's and Rotorooter) and this business started up just a little while ago. Love being able to support an Asian-American-owned local small business. Check them out for sure - Day & Night will be on my speed dial for any plumbing work (or any of their various services on their website!) in the future.

Very professional! A leak developed under my kitchen sink. The team of two plumbers arrived within 1 hour of contact. They identified the problem and worked diligently to correct the multiple leaks. They wore masks throughout their visit and swept up and removed all of the debris when they were done. They replaced the old, faulty faucet with a new one that matched the finishes in my kitchen. And they corrected a design mistake in the existing pipes. I would definitely recommend this company.
