I have had several positive experiences with day and night, but not today. ""D"" came to my home and was very rude and aggressive. He was dropping F bombs like nothing. Cussing about me and my rotten ""a"" pipes. I have never felt unsafe in my own home but his non stop verbal aggression was frightening. He also played other customers addresses on his phone so I now know who's expecting services and that could put them at risk if I were a thief. He was cussing out his boss too (,his boss wasn't there). He then joked about expecting a leak from his work. . Not funny. I wouldn't recommend them based on today's wretched experience. I haven't contacted The company yet because the calls are getting forwarded to the worker I have issues with.

The owner has purchased Redman Plumbing. They are not same company. New owner has credibility issues. No guarantees on their work. I had them out twice and they did not clear the line. I contacted a different company, and they used a sewer camera and cleared the line with no issue on the first try for significantly less money. I contacted Dave (owner) 3 times at Day and Night. He said that he would refund 1/2 of the payment that I made to Day and Night. I never saw a penny.

This is a fantastic service! We had gone all day deliberating on what to do after our previous attempts to unclog the sewer drain was unsuccessful. Another plumber suggested Day & Night to us. On the phone Day & Night said that they'd be right over.. and true to their word, they must have left the moment afterward because they were here within 10 minutes.

Plumbing job itself was what all good plumbing jobs should be: quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Will definitely call again whenever we have problems.
