This company is hands down the best in town. We unfortunately had a slab leek and did not know. Josh Alvarez arrived and addressed the issue. I will request Josh for any job in the future. He explained the repair process and costs. I did not feel like I was taken advantage of. Josh completed the job efficiently and did not leave a mess for me to clean up. I cannot thank him enough for turning a bad situation into a bearable one.

Over the course of this job 2 other plumbers stopped by or assisted. All 3 of these guys were polite, knowledgeable, and had great attitudes. I felt safe and I felt my property was safe with these gentlemen. I hope all 3 get a bonus for taken care of me!

Finally, these guys had covers on their feet with every entry into the house! We are a no shoe house hold so it was great not to get dirt and germs left behind on our floors!

Aaron the plumber came out to my home yesterday. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. This company really seems to care about high quality work and treating customers as they would family. It is a breath of fresh air these days to have guys like Aaron that work with the customer by education and empathy for those of us that need help with serious repairs!!

Called this company because the service that we used, Bill's Heating and cooling had joined their co. Gave them our address and the service we needed. Mind you, we have been using Bill's for years. They checked our zip, and then told us to basically go somewhere else. We are now out of their service area. Bill's NEVER had refused any service or time. Oh by the way, we have a $50 gift card for service. Which I was told, SORRY! You can't trust a company that doesn't keep their word. Chose wisely. Find another company

We used Day & Night over a decade for our multiple A/C units and water heaters. We are on monthly payments for some VIP club (or whatever) membership. Last service was the replacement of an A/C unit in September 2022, and a red flag. They replaced the unit but after installation the air filter, clean effects, was not working any more. For A YEAR they gave us excuses that they had ordered a broken piece, and finally: ""it was a 13 year old unit, they don't make that piece any more, it needs to be replaced"". When we told them it was working fine before their new installation, we were told: ""you are not getting it for free"". We never asked anything for free. We still asked for an estimate, which they never sent.
We decided to use a different company, who came out today. Told us the new unit DAY&NIGHT installed was not compatible with the air filter and replaced a small part, and it is working just fine. Sad thing is, Day&Night had installed that 13 year old unit including the air filter, too. Is it really possible that they didn't know it was not compatible.

Very professional, on time, and I believe they do good work. However, the prices the last 2 years are starting to feel out of control, and I'm considering looking elsewhere. Three recent examples:
- Had a small leak near main water valve; needed a new piece of copper that was ~4 inches long. We were quoted ~$600...
- They quoted us ~$13k for a new AC unit for an upstairs unit that's 1,000 sq ft at most. That's more than double what we had paid for a new unit at another property in 2019. We declined this.
- They quoted us $950 to replace several parts (capacitors, compressors) that were under warranty (so minimal charges for parts); the fixes took the technician 1 hour to fix. I understand you don't charge hourly rates, but still...

I had purchased new faucets for my bathroom and all they had to do was install them. Took them forever and they kept finding more issues and ran the bill up to $600. I was not impressed.

Refused to give me a price quote to replace specific parts i know need replacing without coming out and charging a diagnostic fee.
Weren't very personable or understanding about cost sensitivity.

I was looking to either replace the parts or get a new unit and they lost my business.
