He was great. He talked me out of what I thought needed to be done and explained why. I bought my own hot water recirculator. I got the wrong style. My house is pre-plumbed with a return line. The pump I bought was for a retro fit (comfort series). I returned the pump I got from amazon, he picked up the right pump for me and installed it. Hot water on demand (or at least 30 seconds from demand). He charged me exactly what he estimated plus the cost of the new pump (which he told me ahead of time).

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Day and Night Plumbing. I had a clogged sink and I contacted companies for quotes on yelp at 9 pm. Dave responded within 5 minutes (other companies didn't respond for a couple days, but it was around the holidays so I get it). He gave a reasonable flat rate quote and was able to set up a time for someone to come by the next morning. Evan came on time the next day, took care of the job quickly, and cleaned up everything before going. He was very professional. I would definitely go straight to Day and Night Plumbing if I have future plumbing problems. Thanks Evan!

House Main Sewer line clogged on Sunday morning, January 2nd. Called Day and Night, and he was at my house within a few hours, he cleared the line in a short time, and got us out of the problem. Will definitely recommend Dave for your plumbing needs! responsive and fair prices!!

I had a poor experience with Dave of Day and Night Plumbing and cannot recommend him.

After seeing nearly perfect ratings on Yelp, I reached out to Dave for help fixing two leaky shower faucets and replacing a kitchen faucet at my mom's house.
Communication and execution of the job was poor. I don't live in the same city at my Mom and my Mom doesn't speak English that well so I was helping from a distance and through the phone. I asked Dave if he could call me with updates after he arrived at the house and he agreed. The reason I wanted to get an update was because Dave gave a broad range for an estimate over the phone since he needed to examine the faucets first to understand what needed to be done and what needed to be replace. I waited over 2 hours before calling him again and it turned out that he had already gone to buy parts without sharing an update or updated estimate with me.

My sister arrived at my Mom's house while Dave was there and told me that Dave was very short with her and seemed very frustrated. Dave left without saying a word to either my sister or my Mom and my sister had to call him back into the house to understand why one of the faucets he repaired had a protruding spout. He replaced the kitchen sink as requested but didn't complete the job by caulking the faucet so there is now water leaking down into the cabinet below. My sister will have to return and caulk it herself.

I spoke with Dave over the phone afterward to share feedback and he explained that he didn't call with an update because he had to go to the store with the parts to figure out replacements and cost. I think he could have still called before making the purchase to update me on estimated costs and time required for the job so I could let my Mom know so she could plan her day. He also said that he didn't speak with my sister because he didn't know who she was. I think that could have been solved by introducing himself and/or at least asking her if she could help inform my Mom of the status of the job. He explained to me why the spout of the faucet is now protruding which I appreciate, but my sister and mom were so confused and he just left.

Appreciate that everything he worked on is functional now, but definitely not satisfied with the service.

I actually didn't end up using Day and Night Plumbing (yet) but last month I had an emergency as my Water Heater started making a high pressure whine and dripping water into the pan. I had never seen anything like that and thought the thing was going to blow up in the middle of the night. I called D&N and immediately got talked off the ledge and instructed on how to disable the hot water line and wait a few minutes. In that few minutes I was give a lot of valuable information and asked many pertinent questions. The heater was well past its age and failing, but now i could at least go to bed with some peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to call Day and Night Plumbing again and give them business.

I don't write reviews but they deserve to get full stars with their outstanding service and customer service. It is a very small business but they do know what they are doing and very professional. This is the first time I needed a plumber to fix a kitchen sink leak and it got seen right away. What I like most is they don't rip you with the expenses and only charge you with what the job is in a very reasonable price, very transparent and considerate. Dave and Evan are very easy to talk with your concerns and they do value their customers, I spoke with them multiple times with at ease knowing they won't overcharge me for the service. I'm so glad I finally found a to go to whenever I have plumbing issue. Highly recommended!
