Rude right off the bat over the phone. Couldn't even get to trying to schedule for a day that he isn't busy because he was too dismissive and rude before chuckling and saying ""call someone else!"" when I asked him to simply repeat himself after not quite hearing exactly what he said in regards to not having time to take the job..just simply say you don't have time or hire another person to handle your phone lines that has a little bit of customer service skills. Did not get name of who answered but hopefully it wasn't the owner because you can hear in his voice how tired/irritable he is answering the phone out on job sites.

Dave has done 3 different projects for me. He's replaced 2 toilets and an emergency garbage disposal. His pricing is extremely reasonable and never tries to sell you anything you don't need. I had a quote from a different company which I won't name where they said I needed all these things totaling over a thousand dollars, Dave said I didn't need any of that and did a simple replacement that has worked incredibly! I'd highly recommend him anytime!

This is a very late review, but it's a 2+ year review. My water heater was almost 20 years old, and I was afraid it could go bad at any time. So I called a few places to get the estimate, and finally I decided on Day and Night Plumbing because Dave was straightforward, no BS, and no upsell. He quoted me exactly what I expected when it comes to the brand, function, and price differences. I have done a lot of reading online, so I can tell most of BS for water heaters. Dave came over on time, and install everything in a very professional manner. After 2 years, no issues, no problems, everything is as solid as day one! Highly recommended!

The angle valve started to leak behind my bathroom sink after I was replacing the sink and vanity. I contacted Dave and he came the next day(this was not an emergency). He was very responsive and answered all of my questions and even gave me advice as to another future project in the kitchen.

I'm hoping to not need a plumber again anytime soon but if I do, I'm calling Dave.

Kitchen sink clogged and neighbor referred me to Jesse Gonsazles, Day and Night Plumbing. Jesse called me back within 15 minutes and was on site early the next morning. He launched right in to the repair which required demanding physical labor in dirty water, fixing the pipes under the sink. Before long he had it flowing again. Price was reasonable, less than I expected. Jesse is easy to do business with, a true professional. I definitely recommend him for plumbing jobs!

Appreciate the quick communication and scheduling. I had Dave replace a garbage disposal at my rental property and everything went very smoothly. It was even on the weekend which can be hard to find someone for a reasonable rate. Will keep them in mind for the future.
