Came home from work to clogged toilet and came to realize after a plunging spree that the entire house was plugged up. With 3 women and one bathroom, this was a problem. We called a few plumbers and none could make it out today but Dave answered his phone right away and called back within 10 minutes to let us know he could make it out after he wrapped up another job and was at the house within an hour! He checked out the house and gave us his recommendation and quote and got right to work. He was extremely thorough and friendly and explained the process the whole way through. Our sewer backed up on Super Bowl Sunday. We left messages with several other plumbing companies before calling Day and Night Plumbing. When we called Day and Night Plumbing, Dave the owner promptly answered the phone and told us that he was finishing up a job and would be out to our home in 1&1/2 hours. He arrived right on time as promised. He found roots in our main sewer line and also a clogged drain in the sink in the garage. The price was reasonable, Dave was courteous and professional, and he got our drains working again in a short time.

We found Day and Night Plumbing to be a true 24/7 hour Emergency Service as advertised. We will use Day and Night plumbing in the future and we highly recommend them.

Dave came Christmas day to fix my water heater. He analyzed the unit for safety and adjustments and noticed that the feed gas pipe was not installed properly. He designed a safe proper gas line installation to fix the unit and improve the safety of the water heater. Very professional company, responds to calls in a timely manner. We had a Toilet clog, with a sink and bathtub slow drain. David came over and did the job less than and hour gave me a really reasonable rate. He was really polite, honest, and professional. Christmas Eve and my wife finds all her purses are wet in the closet. I go up to the attic find a pinhole leak in my piping. Called numerous 24 hour plumbers all out of town for Christmas. call bill Howe they told me they would call me back in 30 mins and oh by the way it will be double due to Christmas Eve. We called day and night at around 10:30pm and he was here with in 30 min and got the job done even faster. Even with the Plummer a little under the weather he was fast and friendly and professional Just in time for Santa to come.

Dave and Day & Night Plumbing are the real deal. 5 stars isn't enough in my opinion. We have a bad situation left by another plumber and Dave is not only addressing it, he is taking care of it on Sunday. I don't often leave reviews on Yelp, if I do it means I am passionate about a business. It's rare to have the level of care, quality and customer service that Dave has shown my family in ANY business, let alone in the plumbing trade. I will update this review after we get back to normal with more detail, I just wanted to blast my satisfaction and appreciation for this man and his business to the world!
