Pat Dawson is a highly qualified professional, who is also courteous and gets the job done in a very timely manner. His prices are extremely reasonable as well. I had a problem with a shower valve that refused to shut off, requiring the water main to be shut off to avoid wasting many gallons of water. After 3 days of having water to house off waiting for another plumber, that one told us that we had caused further damage by removing the faucet handle and that the tile in the shower was going to have to be torn out to get into the wall to repair the damage. So thankful that we called Pat. He was over to the house within a couple of hours, and was able to fix by replacing a few parts-- no need to tear out the wall. His charges were very fair. I will always call him first if any other plumbing needs arise.

Pat Dawson a solution specialist! Our remodel was a breeze with his expertise. The house was built in 1958, so the solutions had to be in sync with ""Old School "" construction. I really appreciate his straight forward approach and roll with the punches attitude. Just when I was ready to freak out, he put me at ease with his no problem ""I've got this"". Superior customer service, prices, and work! I had a shut-off valve that started leaking on a Sunday. Pat came out that day, and replaced the two shut-off valves under the bathroom sink. He did great work, and gave me a great price. ...really honest guy. Thanks, Pat!
