Crew showed up early and worked fast. They were very courteous and charged a very fair price to fix a bad leak on our side of the water meter. They will be our go to guys from now on. 12/15/20

I'm giving one star because I can not leave zero stars. We were initially referred Davis Plumbing from our home warranty company. We needed our lateral line from our septic tank replaced and at the time we felt comfortable going forward having Mr. Davis replace our lateral line. Very much a mistake on our part. He came out as scheduled on 06/01/2020 to dig and install the new lateral line and stated we would have a year warranty with the work, we paid him $2500 at the end of the day once the work was complete. Within a week the line was flooded with black water and it took numerous attempts prior to him responding. One response of many excuses was he couldn't come back to fix his faulty work because it was his birthday so we would have to wait until the following week. On 06/15/2020 he finally sent his daughter to fix the line, he never came out to inspect anything. After she left we made numerous calls and text again because we continued to have standing black water throughout the line. On 06/26/2020 his daughter was sent back out but at that time no repairs were done to fix the lateral line. What she did was pumped fluid from my septic tank into my yard and stated we needed to wait a couple weeks for the ground to dry. We continued to have standing black water. I was able to finally speak with Mr Davis and scheduled for him to come out on 07/13/2020 but he did not show. I was called by his spouse and we rescheduled for Wednesday of that week, by the end of this same day his daughter called and canceled stating they would be out on Thursday or Friday ( July 16/17) but he never showed nor called either day. After the last two missed appointments my husband text Mr. Davis on 07/18/2020 and explained to him that we had decided to move forward with taking legal action against Davis Plumbing. At that time Mr. Davis said he would be out no later than Tuesday 07/21/2020 to make the appropriate repairs. The repairs were made on our scheduled time finally but not by Mr. Davis. His daughter and another young gentleman were sent to do the repairs, Mr. Davis never stepped back on my property from the day he originally accepted my payment. I would never suggest this company to anyone unless they don't mind below standard repairs. At this point my lateral line has held up for about a month and if it fails again within the year of our "guarantee" I most definitely will file a claim in small claims court, it would probably take less time rather than waiting around for Mr. Davis to do the work he was paid for.

They came out to replace a section of our sewer pipe. When they did, they used a smaller diameter pipe and the piece they replaced was two sections with an elevated hump in the middle of it. Water would not flow properly and "solids" would have built up there causing the line to back up again. City looked at it and fixed it right. Davis said it was done right and that he stood by it. Well, water doesn't flow uphill...

Davis Plumbing installed water line and never completed job. Left my property in a huge mess. Poor service and poor work. I would NEVER Recommend Davis Plumbing.

davis plumbing has for years serviced our home problems. No matter the size of the problem. they have been very courteous and always done good work. I would recommend.

My relationship with Davis Plumbing started great. Customer service was best as you could hope for in relation to my new building project, a guest cottage. Before the year-end freeze I contacted Beau Davis to ask whether I needed to winterize anything. The answer was no. On January 8 I turned the hot water on and the copper pipes of the unit burst. Beau said he would take care of it. Not only did he never take care of it (I started doubting he would by the end of January), but he didn't respond to multiple contacts including after a conversation with his wife and office manager. After 80 some days I wrote a registered letter and made a last ditch request to fix or replace the water heater. He ignored that letter too. My company had no hot water. Worse than that, the freeze HAD damaged the outdoor shower such that I couldn't turn the water on at all. In fact, my guests had NO WATER for a week and moved to the big house. I am considering court action, and needless to say I have gotten a new plumber. And I'm at least $1000 poorer considering the new water heater plus installation.

We had our grey water drains from our kitchen sink, bathroom sink and bath tub combined together out to our yard since we live in the country and when they connected my bathtub they did not put in a p-trap. We paid a different plumber to fix the problem and we do not have the smell finally.
