Third time Norm has been out repairing my furnace and A/C unit in three years. Unit is over 20 years old. Others tell me they cannot repair it. Norm always gets it done. First an igniter on the furnace finally wore out. Norm replaced it quick. Last year my fan motor wore out on the compressor out side. Replaced/fair price. This year he found a big hole in the duct work in the attick, repaired it and recharged the system. A bad valve leaked out all the freon. He came back and recharged the system replaced the leaky valve for free. How is that for great service.

It really irritates me when the bigger companies always try to sell you a new unit at $7 to 9 grand. Owner operator is the way to go. Norm owns the company. Dude is right on fair and fixes what needs fixing every time for a very very fair price. I had to wait a little while in this scorching heat due to his work load but it was worth the wait.

I really had great customer service from this company the owner came out on a weekend emergency call because we had sewer backing up in our bathrooms. He was super nice and professional had the work done in no time.

Davis Plumbing & Heating in Perris, Ca is a company that you should stay away from! We paid 485.00 and he left us with a hole in our pipe and there's ""no way he can clear the clogged drain"". Is he kidding!! He asked to close the ticket out on Saturday, 1/31/15, and said he would be back Sunday 2/1/15 and clear the drain. Today 2/2/15 he took our check to the bank and cashed it. The job was not complete and he did not have an answer. I don't believe he is a plumber. I think he went to Home Depot, bought a snake for drains, and believes he has a business. I couldn't find his business license number on his bill. We could have stopped payment on his check but we were curious of his integrity. He has no integrity. Mike Diamond will be coming out tomorrow in hopes to fix the Davis Mess! Appropriate paperwork will be filed.
