... so we asked them to come out and install a small dish disposal ... would not provide a quote online or with an agent , when he arrived he attached a cord and charged $240 then said he needed another $800 to install the dish disposal. Will not use again or recommend.

Jim Delissi was the plumber tech that came to our home. He arrived as scheduled. He arrived here and used all Covid protocol. He even removed his boots ! That let us know that he cared and we appreciated that. He evaluated our plumbing problems, gave us prices and procedures. The prices were average ""plumbing prices. However, he professionalism, coutesy
and service provided was exemplary!
He completed the shower repair quickly.
It's working perfectly.
In addition, Jim gave us some great homeowner plumbing maintenance tips.

Had Davis Plumbing come in because my second floor bath tub/shower was leaking down to the lower level powder room. The guy came in and decided he didn't want to go through the space he would have to use to get to the back of the shower wall and its plumbing, so he busted out the tile in the bathroom to get to the plumbing; and I mean busted through the tile. He did not take a tile cutter and cut around the tile and pull it out; he just sledge hammered through. He also did not lay any cloth in the bathtub to catch the debris. He left all that for me to clean up and a gapping whole which I have yet to find matching tile to replace what he destroyed.

We had an evening plumbing emergency that, due to only having one bathroom, needed to be fixed immediately. An hour after being called, Dan and Wayne were at the house. We appreciated that they were both masked. The piping problem turned out to be complicated, requiring work both in and outside the house. After they left, a lingering issue was discovered. A call was made and the guys we're back within 15 minutes and quickly solved the problem. Their professionalism, work ethic, skill, and friendly personalities were so appreciated at a very stressful time. They were also patient with our dogs who pretty much barked at their every move! I feel we have found a new plumber and will always request Dan and Wayne. Thanks from all of us!

They were very nice and wore a mask and everything but they charged about $ 200 more than the job is usually charged. Very expensive. We were stuck because we had already waited two days to get the leak fixed and needed to get the water back on.
