Davis Plumbing is 2 for 2 with me---5 stars is an understatement! After hearing good things about Davis Plumbing, I had a bathroom faucet replaced in anticipation of a more major shower remodel. From estimate to communication to work, Davis was outstanding. James moved pipes, shower drain and came back for finish plumbing---professional company who is now my #1 go-to for all plumbing issues. Just a tip: they are busy; phone and schedule an appointment, worth a few days or weeks wait.

Davis pluming saved the day! We closed escrow on our new home and just 1 day after moving in we had a water pipe break in the slab foundation. I scrambled to find a plumber who could get the job done sooner than later. My wife was 34ish weeks pregnant, so cold showers were not an option. It was recommended we re-pipe the entire house.

Joe came in fair priced and was able to squeeze me in the following week. Once Joe's crew arrived, I knew I chose the right contractor. His crew was clean, professional, meticulous, and all around nice to work with.

Project was finished ahead of schedule and done to a level of excellence even my building inspector commented on! I am an electrical contractor, so I know how's things work, and Davis pluming is an excellent company with an excellent team!

We called Davis Plumbing b/c we were having problems with restricted water flow from one of our bathroom sink faucets. The faucet never had proper flow from the day we bought the house 8+ years ago, but it suddenly went down to a trickle without any obvious reason. Alan came out and systematically tried to find the problem. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and conscientious about how much time he was spending trying to trouble-shoot our problem, something which was very much appreciated. When he accidentally damaged a part of the faucet taking it apart, the main office instructed him to replace it at their expense, another thing that was greatly appreciated. Ultimately, he found not only the problem with the trickle but also what had been causing the lower flow before that -- the contractor who had originally installed the faucet had installed a very small part incorrectly. We had had at least 5 people look at it over the past 8 years and no one had figured it out until Alan! So I can't say enough good things about Davis Plumbing and Alan in particular!

Live in Rossmoor. Had the toilet anchors come loose on a concrete foundation. Being it was a toilet created some consternation. Called MOD and spoke with the supervisor Chris. Had a call from Karen at Davis within a half hour. Being later in the afternoon I was given an appt for the next day between 10 and noon. Allen showed up early and was gone before noon. He was professional, courteous and knew his stuff. This was about as painless as a toilet issue could be. Thank you all at Davis Plumbing.

while cleaning up from dinner last night I heard a thud under the sink and water starting going everywhere. turned out my garbage disposal literally fell off the sink spewing water and food debris everywhere. I called them this morning about 7:50 and by 10:15 Alan and Jessie were here to save the day and sure enough, that was exactly what had happened. After 10 years, it had somehow ""vibrated"" loose which both plumbers said they had never seen happen. They were quick, efficient, thorough, friendly, honest and fairly priced. With an older home there is always something and we will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family. Highly recommend!!!

They do NOT stand by their work. Will never hire them again! They came to fix a faucet, said they did and in a few months the problem was back. Different people came out and said it was NOT FIXED PROPERLY the last time and that a new part had been needed to fix it. They went to get the part and fixed it (but it still is NOT working properly!), but charged to fix their error in the first place. NO discount was given; NO consideration for their error! When we called the office, they said they'd check into it and call back. Never did. TERRIBLE SERVICE and incompetent work!

Davis Plumbing has come to our rescue on two occasions and will continue to be our go-to plumber in the area. Joe is a friendly, knowledgeable, professional and (most importantly) FAIR business owner. He was able to diagnose / identify the issues quickly and resolve them on the spot which saved us both time and money. Joe and his team will not shortcut jobs or resort to ""quick fixes."" Their work is thorough and quality. Can't recommend them enough!

I called and left a message after hours last night. Karen called back this morning and by 10 am, two employees arrived to find out the source of the leak under my kitchen sink. They found a couple of problems, left to get two parts, returned immediately, and fixed everything within a few more minutes. They even cleaned up under the sink - left it nicer than when they arrived!

I rarely write reviews but I'm just so impressed with Davis plumbing. This is the second time I've needed a good plumber to bail me out and Joe Davis has come to my rescue. Each time he has had a busy schedule and came out almost immediately to help me with my plumbing problems. I'm also in the building trades and know how important good service is from an exceptional craftsman and with Joe Davis that's what you get. I could not be happier with Davis plumbing.
