Informative and thorough electric heat pump/furnace/air conditioning tune up. Detailed notes written on what the tech (TC Fielder) performed during the visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, as we bothered him as he worked. Much Appreciated!!! We asked for a quote for additional work and we were provided 3 separate options, based on our budget and if we wanted to do it all at once or in stages. There may be heating/air conditioning places closer to us, BUT we will only use Davis now. Their service is light years ahead of the other local company!

These people are scammers!!!! They tried to charge my 96 year old aunt $13,000 because they said her unit was not functioning. She had AC and she had heat so I told her to get another opinion. Guess what???? There is absolutely nothing wrong with her unit. These people need to be put out of business for scamming seniors. Shame on YOU!!!!!!

Huge thank you to the awesome team at Davis!! We had been having a really hard time just getting a tech to come out to look at our HVAC. We finally got referred here by a friend and we are so happy we did! Seth came out to service our struggling unit and had the sad task of telling us our 30+ year old unit wasn't doing so great anymore. He was so great and when we said we would rather replace the whole unit than get nickel and dimed for the next several years, Justin came right over to talk us through the process. On a Friday. At 4:30pm. He's the first consultant I've ever worked with that has had the courtesy to step away, out of earshot, for my husband and I to talk things over before making a decision. Less than a week later we have our new unit installed and we could not be happier! The techs here today were absolutely fantastic and took the time to talk to us about the new unit and answer questions. We have had amazing service at every turn so far and would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The office staff was friendly, responsive, and efficient in setting the appointment and following up. Jonathan and Lee, the technicians, arrived on-time and were polite and professional. They diagnosed the problems and got everything fixed and performing well. We are very happy with Davis and will call them for all of our heating and A/C services. Highly recommend!

We have called out several HVAC companies for a price on a system to help cool our home. Maybe its just our experience with Contractors in general, but either they don't need the money or they just don't care about business.

In the old days, if someone was in sales, they seemed like they would hound you until they received an answer. And even then, some didn't stop.

We have called five different companies out to our house for prices. A couple of days later, only one of them had the courtesy to follow up on the paperwork he left us. We asked him to give us another week and he did not forget about us, but called us again to see if their was a decision made.

Though we have not made a decision at this time, we wanted others to know that such a company does exist in SW VA. And this review is the way we could tell them (and John S.) that we appreciate the old fashioned service.
