Had an emergency issue at the house on a Sunday and Davis & Davis got it fixed quickly and easily. The phone was answered quickly and our problem explained. The technician (Dallas) called us back promptly and was at our home very soon. Dallas was very professional and respectful of our property, as well as being quick and thorough making the repairs. As an added bonus, the pricing was very reasonable, especially for emergency repairs. Overall it was a great experience and we would recommend them for any type of service. We will definitely be using Davis & Davis again!

Our sink was leaking and within 24 hours they sent out Kevin Cole and within an hour had it replaced and all fixed. Good guy to talk to while he was doing the job as well.

I had a water line leak 4 months ago, Davis & Davis took 2 weeks to come out & replace the water line, 2 weeks later it started leaking again. Davis & Davis took another 3 weeks to come out to repair. The leak was due to a bent connector, that happened when they put the dirt back in place. I have called them 3 times to come back out and level my yard. Still waiting over 2 months later. I have been told several different excuses. They are-very hard to work with . I don't recommend this company! I wish there was an option for no stars on this review. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I had Davis & Davis come out to give an estimate on re-routing a sump pump discharge line. Brad came up with a plan that was suitable to me and better than a couple of other plumbing contractors.
They came out and did the job in a short amount of time while i was not at home. When done, they cleaned their mess up and called me to explain everything.
The job looks professional and it passed inspection.

My kitchen sink wasn't draining. The home owners insurance sent a man from Davis and Davis plumbing. He snaked the sink drain 4 times, And nothing. He then asked to snake behind my washer I told him no problem. That didn't work either . So he then looks under the crawl space and tells me the drain pipe has a belly in it he wasn't wrong also told me that my insurance would not cover it ( don't use choice home warranty) I paid him the 64 dollars and he left later that day I had my own plumber come out and we fixed the belly and drain pipe . I then ran a load of laundry and within minutes of starting the washer the floor was covered in water I was trying to figure out the problem and then it hit me the plumber left the washer drain on the floor wedged under the dryer and also for some reason my water connection to the washer was loosened so I will never use them again it seemed fishy to me. Anyway that was my experience with this company

Davis and Davis was hired to replace water line between meter and home, did most of job and left on 12/22. The trench dug to run the line was not completely refilled and they left my yard with huge holes and piles of dirt(pics available) Contacted Davis and Davis and said they were done. Told them about the state the yard was left in afterwards and they said that was all they do. Told them a backhoe for an hour could fix it and they refused again. One of the holes the trench left is immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and a safety hazard as well as the yard looking like a bomb went off. DO NOT use them for this type service. The workers who worked on the project were friendly and professional but the complete lack of ownership of the job not finished is dismaying. Sad that a local Company I heard good things about will not sand by/ finish their work.
