Started renovation in Miami Beach, quickly Juan showed his lack of coordination, dishonesty and repeated no show to work. He can not seem to keep quality personnel and doesn't schedule. This is all based on facts. Doesn't follow plan, because lacks professionals, then try's to adjust and redo work. Does not complete any projects, he's always running from one project to another and always playing Victim in his personal family life, but doesn't realize he is affecting everyone else's families. Again, he does not complete any work and plays victim consistently. He is a dishonest person that consistently lies. If you do attempt to use him (at your own risk) 1. GO SEE HIS FINISHED WORK 2. ASK TO SEE HIS CONTRACT FOR THAT WORK 3. TALK TO THE PROJECT OWNER (MOST LIKELY A FRIEND OF HIS, BEWARE!!) 4. CHECK THE PERMIT STATUS OF THE JOB HE TAKES YOU TO SEE. 5. DO NOT GIVE HIM DEPOSITS, LET HIM DO THE WORK AND PAY HIM ON SITE THAT DAY, IF IT MEETS YOUR SCOPE. Please for your own mental health, DO NOT USE JUAN.
