The person who answered the phone calls in the office, named ""Kelly?"", was horrible, horrible, horrible! She in fact told me she did not need my business since I was not able to describe my plumbing issue - what hell should I call them if I knew what problem was? People who work for Davidson-Bush should fire this woman, a bad door dog that chased businesses away. She did not deserve a rating, maybe negative 100?

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. It has taken 8 weeks to finally get an appt to replace a bathroom water faucet. Appointment was for 8:30am today. At 9:00am, I called. The techs were sent to another job instead. They knew this yesterday but no phone call. I took the day off work and now no plumber.

Needed hot water heater replaced. Called around for a few quotes like any normal person would do. Called Davidson-Bush and they quoted twice what two other area plumbers were quoting. Charlie was the guy who said he would do the job for 1200-1400 dollars. When asked how much the heater cost he said he didnt know. When asked how he knew the job would be 1200-1400 dollars if he didnt know what the heater cost he got defensive and rude. Caught in a lie he became unprofessional. He then said he would charge us for wasting his time with the estimate if we didnt proceed. Yup, he was essentially threatening to bill me for his time even if I didnt go forward. This was because I just wanted justification on why he was charging twice what everyone else said the job would cost. Completely unbelieveable. Here comes the best part. I told him I would think about it and call back. Finally, I decided to call back and say go for it. They then said no and that they werent interested in doing the work. How amazing is that? I was going to bite the bullet and probably get ripped off but its winter and I needed the heater replaced asap so I was going to accept the rude attitude and overcharging in order to be done with it. Then this guys pride, arrogance and complete lack of integrity actually gave him the gaul to say no when I did call back. What a joke. Steer clear of this company. Completely unprofessional and obviously not interested in work- they just want to rip people off while maintaining an immature arrogant attitude. If you ask questions about the cost they will get mad and turn you down. Haha- im still laughing about what just happened with this charlie guy on the phone. Oh by the way there are over 69 certified plumbing agencies that serve my area. These clowns must think they are the only ones.

I called them, a guy was sent out. He didn't have anything to fix my plumbing the first day he came out which basically, I had a clogged drain that was about 26 feet into the sink drain. He returned the next day after telling me a ""rough"" ballpark amount would be a couple hundred dollars. He finished the work, I asked for the bill and he said it would be sent to me. I got a bill a week later for over $600. I was not a happy camper. Today, my kitchen floor is soaked from a leak from the sink. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. -TERESA MUSCHOTT
