Quick response, efficient and professional. The first time I called, they fixed a clogged sink in less than an hour. The second visit, they repaired a water heater gasket with ease. Just make sure to call in advance because they get busy.

Called for him to come by my Home since everyone spoke so highly about him, so I tell him my problem and he immediately tells me what other plumbers will charge me and hell charge half and whether I want to get the work done or not. He has no idea of the problem. I disregard his brash shortness and ask for him to come to my home to see my problem and pay for the visit and he says he's in between work. I give him my availability and address and never called, never showed up. When I make sure to be home for a few hours in the middle of a work week its a pain. Anyways, Western Rooter did a swell job, pricey but as long as you meet your word and do the work thats fine with me.

I knew David many years ago and he was the most honest plumber I've ever met, so when we had a leak we called David's Plumbing. I was sad that Dave had retited but decided to use Western Rooter and was pleasantly surprised!!! They arrived on time, they worked quickly and were very polite. The final price was exactly as quoted and they did an excellent job. They are just as knowledgeable and honest as Dave was. Western is my new favorite plumbing company, I would recommend them to everyone!

I contacted this company to see if they can give me an estimate for a home addition. I was put on hold twice just to find out if they *could* do the job. I shouldn't be put on hold to find out if a company can do something... You either do it, or you don't. Wont recommend them, sorry.
