Unfortunately the staple-thingy that comes on the end of a tube of ground beef went in the drain and jacked up my disposal. I requested quotes from several businesses, but David was the ONLY one to offer advice that I could possibly use to fix it myself - and it worked! He saved me some $, and showed a lot of integrity by doing this. He couldve just come out and charged me for the simple fix, but didnt take advantage, which I appreciate immensely! Though I didnt need his services this time, I DEFINITELY will for future needs.

Messaged david to replace a stuck gate valve that was preventing water coming in to my newly purchased house. He responded quickly, scheduled him to come out to have a look. I still hadn't moved in, but he said he would be able to come and fix without my presence. David was able to quickly diagnose the issue, gate valve was fine, it was the water was just shut off at the street. He didn't charge me nothing. I live in the northern Ranchos area. I had a kitchen sink that was giving me issues. But I work 12 hour shifts and it's difficult to get someone out to my house when I'm available and they are available and not pay ""emergency"" rates.
David was flexible. I was flexible. He went when my neighbor could let him in. I was able to Venmo the payment. I'm happy. He's happy. Couldn't be a better experience.
I've had plumbers come out and be so cranky, as if I'm inconveniencing him...(as if! I pay you dude.)
David was so nice and professional. And best yet, he was on time and kept me informed on his projected arrival.
(What??? A contractor who shows up on time and communicates??? Crazy!)
