I scheduled this plumber to install a water valve and gas valve. After speaking with his rude assistant on the phone, the plumber showed up a few days later unannounced while I was not home. My wife let the plumber in the home to do the work. Later the plumber's rude assistant called me on the phone and I foolishly paid the bill over the phone without looking at the work. When I returned home only about 1/3 of the work was done yet they charged me $275 for 5 minutes of their time and now will not return phone calls.
