I needed to replace a cracked/ leaking condensate pump for our tankless hot water heater, and also move it from the awkward original wall-mounted location to our basement floor. I called David Rose on a Thur at noon, he called me back early that evening, and he had the job done by early the following morning. Prompt, professional service at a very reasonable price, including having to extend the water tubing to the new floor location, and cleaned up the work area completely as well. Definitely recommend David Rose Plumbing and will certainly use him again for any plumbing service in Western Mass!

I was really in a bind and needed a leak fixed quickly to restore water to the house. Other plumbers kept trying to say that the DPW had to fix it, but the DPW said a plumber had to fix it; what a runaround. David was knowledgeable about the replacement valve and how to fix it. He came out quickly and made the repair, and his price was reasonable. Great job!
