Over the twenty years that I have lived in the area I have used several different plumbers for the odd jobs that were outside of my plumbing skills. Then I found David Miller Plumbing when I wanted to switch to an on demand water heater. The tech showed up on time, was knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up the work space after he was done. We arrived at our condo late on a Saturday night, only to find that we had a leak in our main water supply line. We called David Miller plumbing, and received an immediate answer. We chose to wait until the following morning, which was Sunday, for our repair. Our service person, Vincent, arrived on time Sunday morning, and was very personable and efficient. Had a scheduled app with this company for a start time between 8:30-9:30am for 2 faucets to be installed. My husband went to call at 10am to see what the status was, since no one arrived, as of yet. At that time, he realized that they did, in fact, leave a voicemail message at 7am letting us know that the technician would not be by today, as his flight got in very late but he would be by tomorrow morning. So, my husband called and spoke to Diana and let her know that rescheduling was an inconvenience for us but both rooms and sinks were cleared out for the tech so we would deal with the inconvenience. He asked if we could possibly get a discount for our inconvenience and it was at that point Diana copped an attitude and told my husband, """"we can't control Mother Nature...maybe you should get another plumber """" and HUNG UP ON HIM!! WOWIE WOW!! This was very upsetting to us, as we used this company in the past and were very pleased. We recommended them to others also. I think it would be best advised for this company to get another receptionist as Diana is most definitely lacking people skills. We certainly won't be doing business with these folks and will be spreading the word about our interaction with their """"face of the company"""". Not a good look at all!!

The worst from the worst. I couldn't believe that an owner of a business can act like Diane Miller. So unprofessional and rude. So here we go: i call them to open a slow drain sink in my restaurant, the plumber Lionel came and try with a regular snake for one hour but couldn't do it, he said he has to come the next day with a jetter, cause he's hitting a hard surface and having stones coming out. Next day 4h they couldn't do it, still stuck at the same spot. So i'm calling Diane to see what do we do and she's telling me the bill is already $1300.WOOOOOW! I let them go and call a different company 2 days later and they open the drain in 1h, saying that there was a old hard grease. So here start the fun with Diane when we trying to settle the payment-it took her 3 weeks to figure out that i will not pay her this crazy bill for NOT OPENING THE DRAIN. She told me her husband will come to talk-no show, then i supposed to talk with a lady Karen Bishop in the office, she was having no clue what was i calling for, then Diane supposed to come to the restaurant her self-no show. The day after she didn't show, she called me 8 am that she will put a lien on the property, like i didn't show up on the meeting she scheduled. Who does things like that? This is already 3 weeks, finally they lower the bill to $850. So i have to pay 850 bucks for the incompetency on all levels in that company!!! Think again, if you wanna call them! And have fun, if you do!

David Miller Plumbing charged me $190.00 for the first hour of service and $ 85.00 for the second. It wasn't an emergency call. So be ready, the work was fine. He changed a leaking hose in the kitchen, some caulking and two drain stoppers.

Last time we used them David was here. This time Mahesh M. Showed up. It's hRd to express in words how happy I was with this employee. He exceeded my expectations! I also had him do a couple extra small jobs while he was here. I followed him everywhere. He must of thought it strange but I have had problems with many workers before! I would gladly have him back.

Though arrival was 30 minures after scheduled time window (I feel it was an office mishap), 5 stars given to the service technician, Memesh (sp?). Knowledgeable & pleasant! Qualities required in a customer service based business. They lead to return business and referrals. I'm not familiar with plumbing fees, but the price was reasonable (replaced faucet and valves). I purchased the faucet, so the job was completed just over an hour. Returned items to cabinet since no mess was left behind. Great job sir!
