Great Service and Great Technicians! My A/C unit was having quite the tricky issue to resolve. DG HVAC sent out their team of technicians that did not quit until they got me back up and running. I signed up for their maintenance plan after the great service I received.

I called about my generac whole house generator which they sell and repair the service man came on time and was friendly he tested the generator and told me what problem was but could not fix it. when invoice came it said generac generator tested and repaired when i called about this they were reluctant to change bill but finally did. my point is they need to change there advertisement to we sell generac generators but may not be able to fix them on the good side they gave me of a number company who can fix it i wont say who because i think they just may have over reached for now

We knew we might need a plumber in remodeling our kitchen especially since when we had the house re-plumbed the pvc under the sink was in the cabinets and not behind the dry wall which would have happened in new construction. So I called David Gray plumbing to have them come out and redo it! They were very competent and cleaned up everything before they left! Not that I wish to need plumbers all the time but I would call them if I need one in the future!

Woke up to an early morning water heater failure. Called several plumbing companies and David Gray Plumbing responded by providing service within a few hours. The technician arrived as scheduled, evaluated and fixed the issue. A new water heater was installed that day. The service provided was professional and courteous. Highly recommend this company.

I had $915.50 of plumbing work done for a client. It was fixing a sink stopper, flapper in the toilet, leaking shower head and a spinning shower handle and replacing a faucet. I was taking care of this for a client. I received the invoice from the company. I then verified with the company to confirm the amount of the bill was for all the work that was done. They confirm the $915.50 was for all the work was done. This was promptly paid for. 4 months later I am contacted by their billing department that additional work was done at the unit for $102.00. I asked the company to send me the invoice since I have never seen an invoice for any other work and they had stated that the previous invoice has covered everything. I reviewed the invoice and it shows that the work was done 6 days later than the original work. I called back the company and told them that work was never done at this unit. No access was granted for the plumber to even come back to the unit 6 days later. And since it is a condo complex with 141 units it might of been at a different unit they did the work for. They said they would check with the service manager and get back to me. I never heard back from them so I assumed it was taken care of. 2 months later I have a notice from their collection agent for this work that was never done. Very poor communication and management on their part. I am waiting to talk to their billing department again to see why I am still be charged for work that was not done on this unit. I would suggest anyone to avoid the hassles and mis-billing of this company.
