Woke up to an early morning water heater failure. Called several plumbing companies and David Gray Plumbing responded by providing service within a few hours. The technician arrived as scheduled, evaluated and fixed the issue. A new water heater was installed that day. The service provided was professional and courteous. Highly recommend this company.

I had $915.50 of plumbing work done for a client. It was fixing a sink stopper, flapper in the toilet, leaking shower head and a spinning shower handle and replacing a faucet. I was taking care of this for a client. I received the invoice from the company. I then verified with the company to confirm the amount of the bill was for all the work that was done. They confirm the $915.50 was for all the work was done. This was promptly paid for. 4 months later I am contacted by their billing department that additional work was done at the unit for $102.00. I asked the company to send me the invoice since I have never seen an invoice for any other work and they had stated that the previous invoice has covered everything. I reviewed the invoice and it shows that the work was done 6 days later than the original work. I called back the company and told them that work was never done at this unit. No access was granted for the plumber to even come back to the unit 6 days later. And since it is a condo complex with 141 units it might of been at a different unit they did the work for. They said they would check with the service manager and get back to me. I never heard back from them so I assumed it was taken care of. 2 months later I have a notice from their collection agent for this work that was never done. Very poor communication and management on their part. I am waiting to talk to their billing department again to see why I am still be charged for work that was not done on this unit. I would suggest anyone to avoid the hassles and mis-billing of this company.

I worked for David Gray heating and air and was told id make 21 to 23 dollars an hour plus bonuses if the jobs were completed by a certain time. That turned out not to be the case at all as the wage was actually 9 dollars an hour plus bonuses. I was totally misled and when I found out the actual pay, i left the company. Upon leaving the company, i was told to pick up my check on the coming Friday along with another employee who quit. When we received our checks, we noticed that we were shorted money on bonuses and the amount of hours we worked was incorrect. I call the boss to speak with him about the discrepancy and he calls the cops on us saying we shouldn't have come up there even though he told me to come there on Friday to pick up our checks. Totally humiliating and unnecessary. On top of that, my check had the numbers """"123"""" in front of my name causing issues at the bank with cashing it and the wrong address. I wouldn't advise anyone work for this company or under the management of Ryan Zabinsky.

I would not recommend """"Jacksonville's premier plumbing service"""" to anyone! We contacted them in December to install a new hot water heater, shower valve and faucet. My wife took the 28th off from work for the work. She got up early cleaned the garage out and the plumber showed up without a hot water heater. He ended up leaving and later the electrician showed up to wire for the hot water heater after she put the stuff back in the garage. So he did the electrical work and left. Fast forward to today. We scheduled to have them come out to install the stuff since it finally came in. Told them it needed to be done this morning because my wife had work this afternoon. The plumbers showed up and installed the hot water heater, valve, and faucet. The electric was not done correctly so the electricians needed to come back out. After over four phone calls totaling over 30 minutes they get a technician to come at the precise time I told them my wife had to leave for work. So they asked if I could leave the door open for them?!?! I offered to have some one meet them there at four but they acted as if I was being unreasonable. I paid over two thousand dollars and my wife lost a whole day of work and some of another for a simple job they keep messing up.

Stay away!!! Plumber was here no more than 4 minutes and they still charged 100$ After I called and spoke to a supervisor who never came to the phone , they would not lower for me! Awful people!

Had a toilet replaced, had leaking toilet repaired and a bathtub faucet repaired. Ken and Theodore were great, I definitely will ask for them if I need any other plumbing repaired. I recently moved to Florida and someone gave me the name of another plumbing company. They no showed for two days in a row. I called David Gray Plumbing after researching plumbing companies. So glad I did.

Terrible customer service. I called early this morning and was first told someone would be here before noon. Then I received a call back and they apologized and said, no it would have to be between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. today. I received a call at 3:12 p.m. and answered immediately but it was a bad connection. I called right back at 3:14 p.m. and was informed that because I didn't answer they went on to another call. This is unreal, it was 2 minutes and I did answer their call. I will never use them again and would suggest no one else do so either.
