I have used Lanning Plumbing many years. Recently had work completed that didn't even function after they left the house ! Very very poor work...but hey it got worse...they sent me a bill..which I paid right away...with a note informing them the work needed to be redone. No response. I called left a detailed voicemail ...again no response. I called again left another message ...same non response. If this is the way they treat a local client of many years..my advice to you is avoid them like COVID !

Poor quality and horrible customer service. Many other plumbers available.

Used them for a new hot water heater, not an emergency situation. I received quick service, a good heater at a reasonable price. They removed my two hot water heaters (went from a two heater to one bigger heater system).

I forgot to call the Township for installation instruction for a couple years. Called them last year and when inspector saw Lanninig sticker on the heater he said he knew it was done properly.

I can always rely on David Lanning to fix my plumbing problems. They are courteous, fast and most importantly they get the job done properly. We had a problem with our hot water heater, flooded our basement in a new home. PSEand G worryfree was not helpful. Another plumber charged a fortune just for a clamp. Then the heater stopped working because of the water damage, PSEand G said they ordered a part, was 2 weeks and still didn't work. When I told Mr Lanning he came out early in the morning same day and had a new and better hot water heater replaced. Reasonable charge and no problems since. We have had other plumbing issues which were addressed efficiently and most important without recurrence of the problems. He fixes an old house our daughter owns and again, no problems after. You can't ask for more.

Laning Plumbing has been out three times and fixed leaking faucets, installed new sump and laundry room pumps, and added shut-off valves. The work was done well and efficiently. They offered alternate solutions to some problems that saved us money. Called this morning with a more urgent problem and they scheduled us right away. We are very happy with their work and find their fees to be fair.

Called the office and always leave messages to set up an appointment. Maybe once, the phone was answered to do a kitchen faucet fix. The fix was fine. I wanted someone to come out to do a furnace maintenance. I called the office, left a vms, and 3 weeks later... no return call. I also called another time for something else, same thing... no return call at all. If you're in a business that deals with customers.. answer the damn phone! At least, have the courtesy to return a call in a timely matter! Won't bother anymore..

I've had several minor plumbing issues that I have called this service for. Everything was done kind of subpar. What really annoyed me was the toilet that they ""fixed"" by replacing the worn inner bar continued to run water. I was out of the house for a week and raked up a crazy high water/sewer bill. I could have filled a pool! Time to find a new plumber.

We had accumulated 5 different plumbing problems involving drains, a faucet, a shower balancing valve, and a leak under a vanity.

They showed up on time, and the mechanic (Paul) was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was also a real nice guy! In an hour and a half, he solved all of our problems, and I thought that the bill that we received was very fair, and an excellent value for the service.

I will definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Lanning Plumbing. Quick repairs. No problems with pricing. He has fixed our shower, outdoor faucet and booked again for the kitchen sink. We found him on Angie's List with a great review. They are not the least expensive, but plumbing in general is always an investment.

Lanning installed all new plumbing and fixtures in my new bathroom and also installed a sump pump in the basement. They were courteous, reliable, and stuck to their estimate. I would recommend them to anyone.
