Recommended Customer Reviews

Very rude, misogynistic and racist! Never followed up with estimate and seemed very uninterested in our project. 10/10 do not recommend I really don't understand how people like this stay in business. He made several inappropriate comments about area that our rental is located.

David came out the same day to take a look at our projects, which was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately for us, he never followed through on delivering the quote that he offered. We were looking for quotes on installing a new load-bearing beam in our living room and subsequently new countertops and flooring. We've followed up several times via phone with the promise of a call back and have yet to hear anything. Gave them the benefit of the doubt a few months back and thought maybe they were busy. However, after following up a few months later as a second attempt and again the promise of a visit and/or a call back, absolutely zero action. Good customer service means following up, even if you're too busy or not able to do the job. The inability to do so is a red flag.

I called and spoke to David the beginning of June, about coming out to my home here in North Vacaville to give me an estimate on replacing some fascia boards from what I was told was dry rot. Which later I was told from a different contractor, was not dry rot at all. Needless to say after he initially came out, I reached out to him 4 or 5 days later and he says, ""I haven't had time to start an estimate yet."" And I thought, really, isn't that your job. End result, he never did contact me. I don't know how you get in the Napa and Solano County Diamond Certified Directory treating potential customers like this.
One word, unreliable.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He failed to show up so I made a second appointment. When he came, he seemed completely disinterested, didn't take any notes or measurements. He told me I would receive an estimate within 2 weeks. That was 2 1/2 months ago. He won't answer the phone, return calls, or respond to emails. Sad. He came recommended.

Brian Bianchi and Tyler? 5 stars.
David Bianchi -4 stars. He is the most rude, unprofessional, misogynistic and uncivilized person I have ever dealt with. He called 3 weeks after I had been making attempts for him to come and install a fan hood for the new stove in the house we rent. Both the landlord and I had made multiple attempts to reach him, and he has been nothing but rude.
When we finally were able to reach him (Thursday at 8 am), he stated that he had an earlier job in Napa, but would be coming by my house that morning for install. Excuse me, does scheduling mean nothing? It's COVID and I have young children. I asked him to give me a few minutes to make arrangements and we tentatively scheduled for 11, but only after he gave me a heads up call letting me know BEFORE the guys would be on their way.
I hear nothing for 2 hours, then at 11 my doorbell rings and two (very polite and friendly) guys were standing at my door. I was flabbergasted. I called David and his words were ""Hey, kid, what do you want? I forgot to call, I got busy.""
This isn't the 50's David. Everyone should be treated with respect and if you want to continue doing business in this area, you need to treat your customers with the same respect you want to receive. I flipped my lid and read him his rights.
Now for the positive: After everything was situated with the children, Brian and Tyler both worked with me to install the hood. They wore masks, laid down drop cloths, and even vacuumed after the job was complete. They are who keep David Bianchi going. (Coincidentally Brian is his son) and they deserve the accolades.
Brian and Tyler- 5 stars
David Bianchi- -4 don't even bother

We were looking to install brand new windows into a solid wall in our 1999 addition. Because we a had special window request, it took the window company about a month and a half to build the windows. Once David received the windows from the manufacturer, he and his crew had them installed, including all of the frame work with headers, sheet rocked and textured, and finished the job in three days.
They took extra care to cover our new floors and furniture to protect them during the job. Once finished, they cleaned up like they were never even there.
David and his crew did an outstanding job. David is very easy to talk with and he answers any questions you have before, during and after the job is complete. He wants you to be 100% satisfied and we are. The new windows look great and add value to our home.
We highly recommend contacting David for your home projects.
Thank you David Bianchi, we really appreciate all of your efforts to make our window project look fantastic!

Has a great reputation because of extraordinary care to detail and quality. David Bianchi also has a stellar reputation for his fairness and integrity. I would highly recommend David Bianchi to anyone considering repairs, or a remodel

I cannot say enough about David! He was so accommodating and fast in coming to my home to give me estimates, on two occasions. So kind and helpful. He did work that another company, recommended by my insurance, was going to charge more then double to do. He replaced and painted part of a wall that was water damaged. It looks amazing.

I've used David Bianchi's company several times and everything was perfect every time! My old home had severe extensive wood rot damage from the previous owners neglect and David's team did amazing work to repair all the damage. David is really an amazing guy and always busy because the quality of his work is amazing!

I recently needed some kitchen tile back-splash done and so I found David Bianchi Home Repair through the Diamond Certified Directory. I called on April 12 and then again on April 16, leaving voicemails each time. I have yet to receive a reply. How did this company become ""Diamond Certified""? They must set the bar very low...
Note: I did not have any work done by this company, I can only comment on their level of customer service.
