To my new, fabulous BFF!!! David, my new toilet seat arrived yesterday in perfect condition. Beautifully packed and arrived much sooner than I thought it would. I can't believe I'm so excited about a new toilet seat. I really didn't think I would be able to replace it and it makes the biggest difference in the bathroom. You made it happen and I'm eternally grateful for all your help. Without you I would have a horrible old toilet seat. Yeah!!!Thank you so much!!!! I look forward to doing all my business with you in the future. Hopefully it won't be as difficult as this was one. Huge hugs!!!!! Mary-Lou

I've found that shopping for bath fixtures in the large chain stores is very disappointing. The clerks not knowledgeable about the products they sell and are often overpriced. Not so about the David Allen Bath Shop. Allen, one of the owners was very helpful and knowledgeable about his stock, not to mention that his customer service is excellent. He guided us to the products we needed. Regarding installation, his brother David did a very efficient job of installing our fixtures and explaining what was done. Their prices are very reasonable and they will order what is not immediately in stock. I highly recommend David Allen for your bathroom and kitchen fixture needs.

The $200 replacement seat I received yesterday was damaged. I didn't notice until after I installed it. When I called, the person I spoke with seemed less interested in my situation than in filing a claim with UPS. It then proceeded to sound like more of a hassle on my part, take the seat off, re-package it for UPS to pick up, go without a toilet seat for another two weeks, that I just said forget it and hung up. Not sure why he never offered to send me a replacement seat first and then I could send the damaged seat back - I mean what are they going to do with a damaged toilet seat?! Anyway, now I am stuck with a $200 damaged seat. I would have been better off just buying a new toilet - I foolishly thought a replacement seat would be less of a hassle. Wrong.

The Bath Shop/Fraitag Plumbing sells top quality products. Allen is very knowledgeable and personable. Their contractors for shower door installation cannot be beat for reliability, service, and know-how.

We renovated two bathrooms using their plumbing fixtures and glass enclosures and could not be happier with the work and the upscale look of the materials.

i am in the midst of starting my first bathroom remodel and have made more trips to various stores than i care to mention....none has matched the attention to detail and service that i have received to date at david allen bath shop...prices are reasonable and competitive.and allen explains everything to the last detail as he gives the advice one might need. there is nothing like a mom and pop store approach to making customers happy and satisfied...something the bigger chain stores sorely lack......once i recuperate from this first remodel i am returning for the second bathroom i intend to have renovated.
