I called Dave with a problem in my drain. It was fully clogged. Dave is very professional and show up on time. He performed a site inspection and quickly identified the root cause and quickly fixed the problem. He is reasonably priced and more importantly provided 90 days of warranty to cover his work. He knows very well what he is doing and confident enough in his ability to do the job. I highly recommend Dave for any plumbing problem or project.

David Diaz just did an amazing job that turned out to be very complex. I thought it was just a backed up toilet/sewer line in my apartment. But it was much more -- a dead sump pump (and full sump -- yuk!) that I did not even know was needed for my apartment. He's smart, figured through the problem one step at a time till he got to the bottom of it (and what a messy bottom it was). Another thing too ... this was an emergency that could not be left till it was finished. His next customer called about him being 5 minutes late and was quite rude (I heard it all on speaker phone...). David handled that with grace and professionalism.
I don't know about price. That is for the landlord. But service and intelligence and professionalism, I can recommend David Diaz on all those.

I called Dave with a problem in my toilet. It was a Saturday which is busy for plumbers. He agreed to come back later in the evening the same day and fix it. He came at the agreed time, diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it. He knows what he is doing. Throughout the process, he was pleasant to deal with. Really appreciate the responsiveness of David. It was Saturday that my laundry sink and kitchen sink were clogged. I called so many plumming company around my area, they told me I need to wait until Monday. Somehow when I reach out to David, I explained to him. He asked me couple of questions about the clogging. Then he told me the estimation as well as the coverage service. The cost is reasonable and the explanation was very thorough.

When David came over, he comes with courtesy and big smile. He fixed the clogging issue in a fast and professional manner. Really happy with his work and service.

We had a plumbing emergency when our water heater stopped working. David responded and arrived at our home exactly on time. He was prepared to fix a broken water heater and possibly replace it. It turned out, however, that the pilot light had gone out. Once he figured out the problem and solved it, he refused to accept any payment. He was incredibly gracious. His level of professionalism and dedication to customer service are outstanding especially in this day and age. Thank you David!

David is one person you can trust! He will never overcharge you, he gets the job done without any rush, he cares for quality not quantity!!! He brings 15+ years of experience... when I called all other companies for the same work David did at my house other companies totally over charges me for labor work. David is flexible and willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs and fix the problem for you! David has done other jobs at my friends houses and they are so thankful I refer them to David!!! My friends regret all the previous work other companies did on them after finding out they were over charged for labor...
