Dave's Plumbing put in a water heater 2 years ago, in the attic of my Mom's town house. They showed up on time and were careful of the property during installation. Just this week it quit working. They came out the same day to assess. They had the part overnighted to her house. She called late afternoon and they came out and fixed it that night. $572 for a repair that lasted less than 24 hours. I had a different plumber make the repair ""correctly"" 2 days later for $150. I wrote Dave and gave him an opportunity to make an equitable adjustment to the bill. No response.

Not only are Dave's prices overpriced and insane, but customer service is LACKING!!! Never in my life have I had someone seeking my business speak down to me and so unprofessionally. I was even challenged to ""find someone who can do it cheaper than me!"" I did. Bud's Plumbing did it for less than HALF of what Dave's was trying to charge me. Thanks Bud's Plumbing!!

I've used Dave's for years but their service lately has been abominable. I have called for an appointment several days in advance and they never showed up nor bothered to call and tell me. I sat home waiting all day for nothing. They were supposed to come the next day and again, never did.. I guess they have more business than they can handle and don't care how they treat good customers. Stay away!
