We hired Dave's Plumbing to do some work at our home. A plumber showed up, began installing a wall faucet, went outside to do some other work, and hit the main water cut-off valve with a PVC pipe which turned the water back on into our home. Water flooded from the upstairs down to the first floor filling the ceilings and interior walls with water up to the light switches (4' above the floor). The plumber did not know what he had done until we found the water shooting out of the tub wall supplies that had been left in the on position and screamed outside to turn the water off. The plumber said he would be back in a week after the house dried out. He never came. Extensive damage was done to our home which took 9 months to repair by other contractors. The cost of repairs was significant and our homeowner's insurance dropped us. Nine months after the flood, Dave's sent us a bill, with monthly interest charges, texts and phone calls demanding we pay them for the job they never did. Not enough space to tell it all. Do not use Dave's Plumbing for any reason if you value your home and family!

I hired Dave's plumbing to install a new water heater. They were not cheap but you get what you pay for. I was told by a previous customer that they weren't cheap, but they do good work and they got him a permit, which, evidently many other plumbers do not want to do. They came and installed the water heater. After the job was done they asked if I wanted a permit, because that would be more money. This was quite annoying, but i needed a permit. They came back another day to get the inspection. After face timing with the inspector, the inspection failed. They did not know all the parts that needed to be installed. They came back a third time to install whatever they missed the first time and get the inspection and permit. The man installed the proper parts, but still no inspection or permit. Today I received a bill for the parts that they did not properly install. So now, they want more money to do the original job, and it will take a fourth visit to get the inspection and permit. Poor planning, bad business practices and still no permit.

We needed to replace our water heater. We looked online at Home Depot, LOWES and the usual big box stores and also called three plumbers, including Dave's. We have used Dave's Plumbing in the past and are happy with their service and pricing. Once again we selected to go with Dave's. We felt we knew what we were getting and once again this was the best choice. The water heater at Home Depot and their installation team was about 50% more costly for the same unit. The biggest difference was the service. Unfortunately the water heater we ordered had issues. Daves came out three times in the first week. They contacted the manufacturer, assisted in getting a replacement and installed it without complaint. Home Depot's policy would have me uninstalling the unit (or paying a plumber to drain, uninstall and deliver it back to HD and then schedule a replacement at additional cost to us. We will continue to call on Dave's for future plumbing needs. They are well priced, attentive, professional, reliable and stand behind their products and work. We recommend them highly.

Noah at Dave's Plumbing is amazing! A water treatment company's installer breached my trust by loosening a vital waterline pipe running into my home and flooding my home in the process. Noah found and fixed the issue along with providing me very helpful insights should the case go to court. Thank you Noah and team!

Our tankless water heater had to be replaced. It took about a week to finally find a reasonable and trustworthy plumbing outfit to replace our old tankless water heater. We called Dave's Plumbing on a Tuesday and spoke to Jeff. He was quite helpful in finding a replacement with an updated model. Wade, their installer came out on a Friday and installed our new system, including a new thermostat. The tankless water heater and installation were within our budget. Especially during these inflationary times. We wish to give a shout-out to Dave's team for making it happen at a reasonable price. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't gouged. Thanks again to Dave's Plumbing Team.

My mother needed to have the flapper replaced on her Toto toilet, and she already had the Toto replacement kit, just needed to have the work done. When the plumber arrived she gave him the box and showed him the bathroom where the toilet was. As she was standing there when the plumber began working the plumber said she could go sit down as it would take too long. After the job was done and the plumber left the lifted the tank lid and discovered the plumber did not replace the flapper with the Toto part she gave him and did not leave the box that contained the replacement flapper. So the plumber apparently replaced the flapper with other parts and kept the Toto brand replacement kit she had given him to use. Why??? When she called the office and told whomever they said the would look into it and would call her back. Never called back! We'll NEVER use Dave's Plumbing again!!!

I had used Dave's Plumbing before and could not have been happier, but this time was an entirely different story. I contacted Dave's to re-do the plumbing for a new shower which was replacing a bathtub. I had previously hired a tile person who was supposed to remove my bathtub but he said he didn't have the tools to do it. I then asked Dave's to remove the tub and install the new plumbing. I had no idea the cost of removing the bathtub would be $350 at $100 an hour. The plumber worked several hours the first day and then inexplicably left at 2:30 because he had another job. Because i had hired the tile man to come two days later I had to cancel him and reschedule him for the following week. A PAIN! Then Dave's Plumbing returned and finished the job a few days later. Meanwhile my tile person said the plumbing was an inferior job. I asked specifically why he said that, and he replied the pipes coming out of the wall were at obscure angles and the drain in the shower pan was too high. I spoke to Dave's plumbing and they said they do superior work and it must be a disgruntled tile man who was throwing shade on their work. Because of the initial bill and what I had been told was a shoddy job, I hired another plumber to connect the final shower spray and on/off water spigot. The 2nd plumber also told me the previous work was NOT the best. I have yet to get specifics on what exactly he felt was subpar. (I was in Montana when he did the work). Now I have had the shower and bath professionally cleaned and the cleaning person told me the shower was a mess and the water was never going to drain completely out of the shower. The shower pan was not level and would need to be redone. Of course, I have no idea whose fault this is, but I paid well over $5000 for the labor for the new shower and am very disappointed....between the plumbing and tile work. I detest when a supplier/vendor points to the shoddy work of someone else, but I do know I did not feel good about Dave's Plumbing. It could be the tile person's fault, but he kept telling me the drain was not properly placed. I felt caught between the two of them . I will never use Dave's Plumbing again even though I had a perfect experience the first time I employed them. I will attach pictures later this week.
