Outstanding professionalism and stellar customer service!

Emergency call on Saturday with sewage ejection pump failures. Without hesitation the priority was to have us do a few checks and in short notice gave us the advice needed to get the pump working in manual mode. No money changed hands at this point. Wow - talk about integrity and good will. Saved our finished basement.

The phone call provided us with the likely work to be performed, the time to complete, the make and model of equipment to be used and a defined cost. Made the appointment and on Monday morning their team arrived on time. They kept us abreast of the work being done all along the way.

They further found code violations directly related to the repair work being done and offered us remediation, exact cost, scope of work and asked permission to complete these additional modifications.

Quality service, excellent parts and equipment and one of the cleanest, tidiest and squared-away jobs by a tradesman I've ever seen.

Once work was completed we received a complete tour and walkthrough of everything from top to bottom. We were given tips and education on the system, what to do in an emergency and how to properly care for it.

Finally given an extremely detailed work order, paperwork for all equipment that was installed, warranty start and stop dates and on and on.

Friendly, clean, professional, detail oriented and honest. You will NOT find a better highly trained plumbing outfit anywhere else.

I'm so impressed that I want to KNOW these guys on a personal level. Definitely people you want in your life.

Excellent and honest service. I found Dave on google search and called because of his awesome reviews. They are all true!! Dave came and was open, honest and I could tell a ""do it right the first time"" kind of guy. We replaced two toilets which he told me I didn't need to but I wanted the taller toilets and he helped me pick the best ones. He fixed my other ones and they no longer run. Called Dave set up a appointment to come out and take a look at our bathroom remodel. A few Days later met with Dave to go over the plan. He took notes, asked questions. 8 weeks later after promising a estimate and many texts from me I have nothing. It's been two weeks since I last asked if he was still interested. He said yes, nothing still. Have moved on from Dave. My only guess is that the job was too big?

Dave is great. I called him this morning with a hot water heater issue. He was able to come out today and install a new one so we now have hot water again!! His professionalism was apparent from our initial phone call and continued through the service call. We walked us through what was needed to ensure that the unit was installed properly. Pricing was reasonable and honored the quote that was originally given.

I highly recommend Dave and will definitely use him again if I am ever in need of a plumber again.

I had the threaded end of a shower arm snap off inside the pipe in the wall. Try as I might, I couldn't dislodge it. I called Dave's Plumbing and they worked with me on a time to come out that next day. Great guys. They were able to finesse the piece out in no time with no need to cut into the drywall. I asked them to take a look at my other shower arm upstairs since I'd been unable to remove it (and was worried it might snap off as well). They were able to replace that for me quite quickly. No one wants to have to call a plumber, but when you do, these guys seem great to me. I will definitely use them again (crossing fingers it won't have to be soon though!). :)

I just used this guy's services for plumbing and septic. Wow. VERY IMPRESSIVE! Our plumbing was backed up and coming up through the first floor shower. I called Dave and he came out with one of his associates and immediately traced down the problem. They ran a pipe snake through our system and got the system flowing again. However, it did not stop there. He inspected the septic pipe connection to the house and discovered it had cracked and was blocking 50% of the house drainage. In fact, it had become clogged with toilet paper due to the blockage. The crack in the old iron septic pipe happened due to the house and septic tank settling over a 23 year period. He showed me everything and I took pictures. It became very obvious the drainage was going to need to be replaced as it would be a matter of time before it clogged again. This meant digging by the house foundation, under our wood deck, and replacing the pipe with a newer flexible pipe. They were able to get the entire job done within the morning: Pulling up deck boards, digging to the foundation, removing the old pipe, replacing with new pipe, installing a new clean out, back fill with gravel, AND restoring the deck wood back to new...impressive carpentry skills too. I posted the pictures here on Yelp. Check 'em out. He did a fantastic job on everything. Very professional. Friendly. Great communication. Fast service! He is the best guy to call in McHenry county for plumbing, septic, and sewer.
