Giovanni and Jose, from D & R Plumbing, were here today to fix a problem with our kitchen faucet, and as usual, they expertly identified the problem and fixed it within a matter of minutes. Every time we've dealt with Giovanni and Jose, (from the time they worked on our home remodel, to the subsequent service calls they've come out on), they've been great to work with. Time and again, Giovanni and Jose have been professional, personable, have done quality work, and we appreciate that they always leave us with helpful hints, on how to better use and maintain our products. I was referred to Dave from a builder friend of mine who told me Dave was honest and did quality work. My water heater had died and I needed a quick install. Dave came over the morning I called him and assessed the situation. He provided me with a very fair, no-surprises quote for three installation options. He did a great job on the install, though the water heater was not completely level. He came right back out and leveled it at my request. I'm very happy with the work he did and will definitely be using him for all my future plumbing needs.
