The middle of December, the heat in the house goes kerblooey! Called Dave's. An hour later, Wes arrived. Not only did he fix the heater, but he found two other problems that were unrelated, but could have been devastating, such as a burnt-out switch and a wire that was seriously overheating. Within a half hour, all was well, my house toasty warm, safe and sound.

Terrific service and competitive pricing! Wes quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and ordered the new motor. He is kind and patient, answering all of my questions and advising me on general AC upkeep. He returned a day early to install the new motor and cool air started flowing on a 90 degree day. And, the best part, the bill was $200 less than the estimate. I have found my new Cooling & Heating company in Dave's!

Being fairly new in the area we did not know who to call when we had a plumbing leak. We tried 2 others and it was 3 days before they returned our call. When we called Dave's the phone was answered by a person after 2 rings and we had an appointment set up in 5 minutes that fit our schedule. The technicians were professional and efficient, they diagnosed the problem and got to work. The even cleaned up their mess! We will definitely call Dave's again.

I can't say enough good things about Dave's. Just before Winter I called to have my furnace serviced. They determined that the furnace was unsafe and should be shut down. They showed me rust and holes in the furnace that made it unsafe. I knew the furnace was OLD and wasn't surprised. When they quoted me, I expected it to be higher. Let me add that my 95 year old mother lives with me and is always ""cold"". They were so busy that they said it may be December before they could get to us, but they would try to get us sooner. Then came my gas logs. I couldn't get them to start. They happily came back and again, no good. They were old as well. I ordered a new set and they came out immediately to install them so we would have some source of heat if we needed it. They were very good, and always pleasant, when I communicated with them. They did find time to come and do the install about 6 weeks before we expected them, which again is REAL customer service. Not one person I talked to or came to work was the least bit rude or made me feel like I was a ""bother"". I now know why they are so busy...because they are awesome! Next project...replacing hot water lines.

I have been using Dave's Heating and Cooling for several years . Their service is great, the techs take time to answer all the questions you have and make sure you understand be for they leave. The staff that are in the office are very friendly.
