would never use them, does not do the work right the first time when calling them they do not answer the phone nor call back. If reached they argue with you and blame other people even though they will not come and take a look at mistake made, this is after they cash your check.

Kerry himself is great, but the guys who actually come out to do the work are less than efficient. Guys came to do the initial bathroom remodel work promptly. Scratched the new toilet lid and tub, didn't properly install the control for the shower so now it spins around without stopping... his tile guy didn't listen to a word I said. We were only going to tear out half and match it (which I had already found a match) but he ripped out the whole wall so we had to do all new tile, which he then complained about. To get my kitchen sink snaked, he sent his guy who complained the whole time and didn't snake it far enough back because he was lazy. Had to ask 3 times and had a clogged sink for 2 weeks before I finally got Kerry to come out and snake it to where it worked. Got someone else to finish the bathroom because he blew me off. Never complained about the issues to him, but definitely should have!
