The receptionist was very pleasant and got right back to me the two plumbers were able to fix our shower handles so the water came out the right temp! Very pleasant guys! So nice and respectful!

I have used DWPE a few times in the past and have always been pleased with their work. However they recently outdid themselves. Had toilet issues and Aldo came over and replaced one toilet, removed two toilets and stored one for future installation, replaced four angle stop valves, then followed me to a client's house across town to fix a water heater we had been stumped by for a week. All this in 2 1/2 hours. Such a deal!!!!

I should have gone with my gut feeling and not relied on only 2 reviews, no matter how glowing they were. Live and Learn.
Worse experience ever! Overpriced, rude and the cherry on top was the guy that came had the proverbial plumbers crack going.

I have had the need for calling a plumber 3 or 4 times through out my life so far. Each time I felt I was being price gouged and the area worked in was left a complete mess. One time the service tech that showed up smelled so bad I had to leave the house. So when I call DWPE I assumed it was going to be more of the same. IT WAS NOT !! I was pleasantly surprised... The guy that came out was named James and he truly was a blessing. I highly recommend DWPE and if you can ask for James.

This company has been a life saver for me.

I have been using them for one of our clients for about a year or more and they are quick to respond to the call and their prices are reasonable when compared to others. They are very nice and go above and beyond to help with any plumbing or electrical issues.

I just used them for my first home purchase and Eli Villarreal made me feel so much more comfortable about the list of repairs I had before purchasing the home. What the inspector listed as ""issues"" were really not. Eli helped me from walking away from a house that was in a lot better condition than what I thought. He took the time to explain each problem to me and how the plumbing or appliances worked.

I love this company because they always do well and on top of that take the time to relate to the customer. I will be a life long customer to Dave Williams Plumbing & Electrical and will always refer business to them. Thanks guys!
