Dave's crew has been a big help in maintaining my home. They've been here twice in the past year, and each time they completed a long list of tasks quickly and professionally. The projects included carpentry, exterior and interior repairs, and installing lighting, smoke detectors, and shower heads. They are knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of your time. I'm very happy with the work they've done and can recommend them without hesitation.

Overpriced for the work done. He showed up with a second man the day of service without informing us which increased the hourly rate. He expected to be paid to come back and look over the work done after we experienced problems. I don't recommend him.

Dave has many things going for him. The two best are his broad skillset and his work ethic. He can sweat copper, wire a new three-way switch or frame a wall. And he always, always, always does what he says he'll do. He returns calls promptly, shows up when he says and works hard until the job is finished. Every time I've called him, he's come out right away. Often, because my jobs are sometimes small, I can't get anyone to come out and even take a look.

Dave's pricing is fair. I always know the job's done right. And if there's a problem that develops afterward, he wants to know about it so he can make it right.
