Our cieling flooded due to a maintenance mistake. Our apartment company SOFI at Wood Ranch handled the disunion terribly and made me feel as if the flood was my fault and responsibility. I called David and he was so helpful he sent Kevin the very next day and did a great quick job and it felt so good to have that nightmare over with .

This is the second time I've used this handyman service and they did not disappoint! The responded to my request fast and got the jobs done that I needed. Dave and his team worked nonstop and asked for my input before doing anything. They were thorough and clean. I was very satisfied. They mounted a cabinet, painted a wall, ceiling, cut down and removed 2 huge closet doors, replaced an attic hatch. I will be continue to call on them in the future!

Had to get 2 TVs mounted on the wall and the door lock changed. Kevin was the person who was sent out to do the job. He spent 2 hours at our place and all that got done in this time was the door lock. He kept going back to the truck to grab items and was gone for 15-20 min for smoke breaks.

I'm paying by the hour so I expected him to stay on the job, but two 15-20 min breaks to me is unacceptable. We ended up sending him back as he was less interested in the work and more in his breaks. So I ended up paying $145 for a door lock which I bought for $200!

Unfortunately, our usual handyman wasn't able to come, else he would have completed the entire job in an hour and would have costed me half the price.

I wanted a second gate installed. I called one day in the late afternoon and spoke with Dave. That evening he calls, letting me know that his 8am appointment canceled and he could come out right away. He was very professional, and even primed and painted the wood before he installed the gate. He's a great listener, and executed all of the details perfectly. We will definitely call Dave again if we have any more projects.

I have used Dave's services several times now in the last 2 years. Each time I was impressed with him and his employees. The one thing I can say is that they are very knowledgeable about what they are doing. I have had numerous minor repairs, lights and furniture moving. I just line up my requests until I reach 3 or 4 items and then I call. They always protect the area and clean up afterwards. I especially like Vincent and Kenny.

Dave and his crew did a great job on a drywall repair after a very major leak in my condo. They arrived on time everyday and worked hard the whole day. I'll admit was on the higher price side, but didn't have to worry about them finishing the job quickly and properly.

Really liked this service. Dave returned my call and had one of contractors do the work. That man was Dan, and Dan was the man! Very knowledgeable and professional. Respected the time and did a great job securing a kitchen cabinet that was coming down and somewhat falling apart. My wife and I were not ready to redo our kitchen yet, so we needed this to be secured for now. He also fixed an outlet no box that was not installed properly by a prior installation. Thanks Dan. Would highly recommend.
