I am so happy and please with the job Dave completed yesterday, in installing a new toilet and flooring in my Master bathroom water closet. He was on time, very efficient and as you can see below, a ""master"" in his craft. I look forward to having him back in the new year to give me an estimate on a complete remodeling of the rest of the bathroom, and have no doubts we will be equally happy with his work when that job is done. Dave's GOOD guy, too...very easy to work and communicate with...please call him if you have work needed in the area that he covers...you won't regret it...!!! PS: while here, he also took some time to give some ""TLC attention"" to a kitchen faucet that was loose and needed tightening...THANKS for that, too, Dave...!!!

As you can see from the many reviews (and a few bad reviews), Dave is a busy guy. He nonetheless quickly got back to me on a huge project that no one-person could probably handle. He quickly indicated what he could do, quoted a solid price, and suggested reasonable next steps. I very highly recommend Dave. If sometimes he needs a little extra time because he's so busy doing great work for lots of people (this explains all the negative reviews I've seen), then so be it.

Dave has repaired many things around my house, installed ceiling fans, hung artwork. My house is older and continues to settle, and Dave has always come to the rescue to fix doors that will no longer close. He is friendly and respectful, and just quietly gets the job done. Totally recommend!

It was a pleasure working with Dave! Although it was a relatively small job of re-caulking our bathtub, he went above and beyond what we thought the scope of the work was. He did a superb job in a very reasonable amount of time. In addition, he was punctual, polite and professional. We look forward to working with Dave in the future on other projects.

Dave came by to look at what needed to be done and stated he would have a .pdf quote to me later that day. 2 days later I call and he hangs up. He sent me a text stating he will send the estimate in a few & he was on his way home.

I never received the estimate. Never received any communication. If Dave was not able or willing to take on the job that's fine. I should not have been left with the impression that all was well & we only needed to agree on a price. That is once I actually recived a price. I was not given any general amount when we met.

We found Dave on Yelp after having many experiences with other handymen. Dave work was very detailed and he even pointed out that the caulking in the tub needed to be removed and caulked with the correct silicone caulking. His price was very reasonable and the quality of workmanship is well worth the cost.

Poor communication. This handyman ghosted us after agreeing to help us install our kitchen floor. The most important criteria in selecting a handyman/contractor is integrity + honesty. I'm extremely disappointed with Dave the Handyman. I would not recommend his services based on this experience.

Had to patch a hole behind the dishwasher.
Everyone else I called was shunned because they didn't want to touch the dishwasher.

David came to the rescue. Handled it fine and efficiently. Even improved the dishwasher situation due to the uneven floors. I know many handymen don't want to go anywhere near plumbing or appliances, but David was knowledgeable, confident, and able to deliver.
