Text over some pictures of the door. After doing so he sent me a really reasonable quote, and days he is available. With in a day my door knob is updated and works amazing! He had to fix a few things to make sure it shut and locked smoothly. I'm so happy with it, he was super professional, made sure I was ok with everything before he left and ask if I had any more questions or concerns. I WILL BE CALLING DAVE AGAIN!

Dave did a good job with the work he did, but after that, it was so hard to get a hold of him, even if he met us onsite for a preliminary job. That's fine if you are not taking new jobs - just let us know without having to follow-up multiple times (even though you confirmed to us that you'll be coming back).

You will be lucky to have Dave on your project. Dave helped me repair water damage caused by a leak. He helped repair the leak, replace damaged siding, redo a section of hardwood floor, and replace damaged drywall. His craftsmanship is exceptional and his talents are incredibly diverse.

Our front door Smart Lock deadbolt wasn't sliding into place properly, and Dave was able to assess the issue and fix it in a matter of minutes. Adjusted the level of the door, fixed the crashplate position, and now our lock works as good as new. We also brought up our kitchen faucet which had come loose from the counter, and he tightened it up for us. Very happy with his speed and efficiency, and will definitely hire him again for any other issues that come up in the future.

My ceiling fan broke and most places I called weren't interested in such a small repair job, and only offered to install a replacement unit. Dave was willing to take a look however. Took a little bit to nail down a date and time, but once we got that sorted I found him to be very knowledgable and friendly. Dave arrived on time and quickly figured out the problem. I had a front door with several problems. The handle and deadbolt needed to be replaced and the door was sticking because the house had settled over many years. It was clear that Dave has had a lot of experience with doors. He knew exactly where it was sticking and how to adjust it. The door handle replacement wasn't straight forward because it's a 40 yr old door that doesn't fit today's standard door handles. He had to drill a larger hole for the handle and another hole on the edge of the door for the deadbolt to slide through. He was well prepared with an impressive set of tools. Dave got everything to fit perfectly and now both the door and lock glide like butter.
The term ""handy man"" doesn't do him justice. Dave is a skilled craftsman.
