His outgoing voicemail message says it all. If you leave a message, you will not get a call back. He directs you to contact him through text messaging only. I asked him how much it would cost him to replace a toilet's flushing mechanism and he quoted me $250.00. I called and talked with another plumber who quoted me $140.00. He came out and only had to adjust the flusher and charged me a service call. Professional versus not so much.

I hired them to troubleshoot a underground pipe drain issue in a old house we just purchased. Their price was reasonable. We had a few unexpected problems and they worked with me on repairing each of them. The owner Dave is very nice and easy-going and Johnny who works for him was awesome too. I appreciated their work so much we hired them to re-pipe the entire house.
They will be my forever go-to for any plumbing projects!

Had a plumbing problem I've been dealing with for years. With the holidays around the corner, and family coming in town, I needed to get my draining problems fixed quick. I called Dave explaining my situation and he was over the next day to give an estimate. I have my clean outs serviced every other year because my plumbing backs up. Dave recommend power flushing the system as opposed to having it rootered. He said it's more money now, but I won't be having it cleaned out constantly. They also replaced my kitchen faucet and did a great job. The quote he gave me was the price I paid.

We moved into a new house and decided to remove our gas range to replace it with an electric. We called Dave Galloway Plumbing and received great customer service. Dave came out to our house with his partner and they were very friendly, well groomed, patient and professional.

They completed the task I initially requested and went above and beyond to give me some information about my gas fireplace and other electrical/plumbing systems in my house. The service was outstanding. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Requested a snake of my main sewer line since my regular plumber was out of town for the week. I clearly described the problem over the phone. Dave sent a plumber very quickly. When he arrived, he immediately increased the price from $100 to $185 saying he didn't realize it was a main sewer line, even though I described the problem clearly over the phone. Then, he immediately tried to sell me a $300 camera view of my sewer line. I told him my sewer line backs up every 1.5 years and I had a camera view done last year that showed my street tree roots are the problem. Not once did he suggest I use a tree root killer (I briefly searched online to find biannual maintenance of the sewer line can be achieved with a herbicidal root killer). Then he spent a few minutes and informed me that he couldn't get through the roots of the small street tree and would need to use a high pressure jet to get through the roots at a cost of $600!! I have had this line snaked many times in my 20 years of living here, and have never heard this. I called another plumber who said this was a common ploy by plumbers to get more money out of a job, but that if he came, I would have to play the Galloway plumber for the visit and him and the combined cost might not be cheaper. I feel like he took advantage of me, because I'm a woman. Will never use this plumbing service again.

I have been worried about having anyone in the house since the pandemic. But, Dave Galloway Plumbing has always been my go to. I called to inquire and they ensured proper safety measures. They came out right away to address and fix our issue. Both plumbers were in masks, quick to diagnosis the problem, frequently washed their hands, and I couldn't feel better about having them come fix our plumbing. They have always been fast to help us out, quick to diagnose, and never nickel and dimed the way I was users to.

I hired Dave and his team to re-pipe my house. His quote came in well below other company's, so you have to wonder if you're getting top of the line work, or less than high quality due to the price. Let me be clear here.... Dave and his team were well beyond top of the line. They show up daily right on time, and used all top of the line material. He doesn't cut corners to ""just get the job done"". He informs you of the correct ways to do things and walks you through the whole process. I'm sure he could have cut corners multiple times and I would have never known otherwise. Dave's just not that type of guy. He's a straight shooter, and there are just not many business owners like that these days. I appreciate everything you've done to help us Dave and would highly recommend you to friends and family!

Once again Dave Galloway has come to our rescue! We love that we can count on him when we are stressed about our plumbing issues.
