We had a major backup in our bathroom on Prrsidents' Day!. I called Dave Blair plumbing - answered promptly and the plumber, Gavin and assistants Andres and Jorge were here within the window promised. They did a great job resolving the Immediate issue and providing clear explanations as to what additional work would be needed while not applying pressure to make a decision. They were professional, polite and friendly. We will be glad to recommend this business to other friends and neighbors and will most likely use them for the larger project if replacing our old galvanized pipes. Thanks for great work today!

Have done business with Dave Blair for over a decade. Apparently they were bought by a bigger company. Yesterday, I called them for 2 leaky faucets. Emergency Rooter, Inc. responded. Long delays, lots of upsell pressure: faucets leaking because the water pressure was ""too high"" therefore need a ""regulator""; hydro-flush needed to clear pipes (which I was told should be done every 3-5 years), etc. etc. I rely on a plumber for expert advice on what is and isn't needed - Dave Blair (and parent company) no longer provide this. Beware.

Last night I had a bit of a flood at my small business. Dave Blair plumbing got someone on their way almost immediately. Luckily, my husband was able to stop the leak and I cancelled the appointment. A few minutes later, GILBERT showed up and I explained that the leak had been fixed and I had cancelled the appointment. He asked if he could just give a look, at no charge, to make sure everything was alright. He explained to my husband what he needed to know to keep us safe from electrical exposure and recommended that we have an electrician out to keep the situation safe. He was sososososso kind and helpful and I will 100% call Dave Blair plumbing for my home and business in the future. Thank you GILBERT!

I have used Dave Blair plumbing over the years for small repairs and they have always been prompt and reasonable. Last month I had a clogged kitchen sink.
The trucks that came said Ritz Plumbing. They ""water jetted"" my line from the side clean out and said "" there is gunk and cast iron bits"" coming out of the line and they would have to replace the cast iron lines to the tune on $ 3,200. But they could apply the water jetting price to the bill if I said yes RIGHT then. I didn't have a good feeling about the whole deal.
We used another plumber, who came inside and went through the kitchen sink, since the lines from the sink to the clean out go sideways through our wall. Low and behold the line was unclogged.
Sorry Dave Blair you lost a customer.

Raymond replaced our kitchen line and original cast iron line to the street. Also added a clean out to front yard. Massive undertaking done in a day. Great job!

Raymond and Marvin are awesome, they showed up on time, clean and professional. Clear and easy to understand, pointed out and showed me the leak location and dark spots where the smoke was accumulating. They were also patient and respectful, and got the new water heater up and running in 2 hours on spot. Much appreciation and glad I get to take a hot shower tonight

I have had a good experience with the Dave Blair Plumbing before, so called them for a quote to install a water line to our new fridge that has an ice cube maker. The guy that showed up was nice, but the quote was for $1300, almost twice what the fridge cost. We found another company to install at 1/3 that price. It's nice that Blair is a local company, but advise shopping around unless price is not an issue.

George is a hard worker. However, communication with the schedulers, and homeowner is non existent. There were a few days no one showed even though we were told someone would be there. Then other days someone just showed up without telling us. Some of the quotes given were very high, then other quotes were in the ball park. Beware.
