Dave Bischof came on a Sunday night, did two hours of unnecessary work, and charged me over 1200 dollars. The blockage was back 10 hours.
He didn't even reseal the toilet and left a dirty mess everywhere. He ranted about illegals and immigrants. Also didn't warn me about a 3% charge for credit cards. Shockingly bad and dishonest.

I'd love to give these guys no stars. They're unprofessional, lousy, dishonest, and arrogant. Not to mentioned they bicker back and forth when either performing or discussing what the plans are. Dave is arrogant and disrespectful and I'm almost 99% he is racist. At every opportunity he would call out the international manufacturer, ""this is from China"" ""this is a Chinese part"" ""I was surprised when I called and got an American. Usually they're in India"" (proceeded to imitate an Indian accent)

Long story short. Dave got a signed contract and held our landlord accountable for signing it. He literally looked for something to fix and ended up getting $16k instead of the $3,500 on the contract. He is a con and took advantage of our landlord. The work he and his partner did looks ridiculously unprofessional. Strip these guys licenses and DO NOT call them!!!

A crook. Stay away. He tried to intimidate me to pay an invoice for services not even performed and requested supposedly by my tenant but certainly without my authorization. He even had the nerve to threaten me with filing of a mechanics lien if I did not pay his bogus bill. Fortunately, I DO have a real estate brokers license and know something about this particular aspect of real estate law.

The licensing board needs to revoke this guys license.

Everyone be aware!!! I never called this jackass!!! Some plumping company I had left a message for must have forwarded my call to him. If you ever see ther service truck (Dave Bischof) run the other way!!! This guy is a complete crook. I'm sure you all have heard of $99 plumbing service to unclog a drain. In the past I have paid as little as $60 but I think it would be fair to pay $100-200. This clown comes to my pizza shop gives me a long list of potential problems without touching anything and when I told him to snake the drain, he tells me it's going to be a $325 job without taking the p-trap off. When I challenged him, he said, they set the price based on their accounting. Whatever the heck that means! I told him, this is going to be 30min job as I have had it done before and how does he justify charging me so much. This arrogant jerk went back to his answer before, it is based on their company accounting.

Well, I drained the sinks myself, took the P-trap off to find it fully blocked by grease. It took me about 30 min because I did not have a shop vaccume to drain the sinks quickly. I pracklty threw him out but not before he charged me $89 cash. He said cash or check only, no credit card! What a prick! I did not argue and paid his $89 but not before telling him, he should be ashamed of himself for trying to rip me off. He did not know that I'm not just a pizza shop owner but I actual am a 51 aeronautical engineer. I only called them because I saw food residue in the sink and assumed it would require snaking which I don't own.

Karma is a bitch and I'm sure tlhe will get what is coming to him. He should be ashamed for trying to take advantage of a small business, especially during this pandemic time!!! What a jerk!!!
I just feel like jackass for not Yelping him before he walked into my shop!

this guy is total rip-off. he entered my property after a tenant called him. refused to tell me what was needed. required that the tenant pay him upfront for unauthorized work. he charged over $ 1,000...that's right over a thousand for two hours of work on a weekday non-emergency call. i am reporting him to the city, state and federal government and any liscensing commissions around. i have no idea what work was done for the charges, because he refused to talk to me, the owner of the property. one star is too much for this so called plumber.

stay away from this guy.

BEWARE This is one of the most blatantly crooked businessmen I've dealt with in all my 70 years. I have no idea how good a plumber he is. I hired him to run a sewer camera through a pipe.
But he made a deal with some plumber to:
1.) do work I never authorized,
2.) then refused to give me an invoice or receipt when I paid him,
3.) and again declined to provide me a receipt when I telephoned and requested it as it hadn't come by e-mail like he said it would. Now, he claims he gave it to his plumbing partner who claims not to know what he's talking about.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. Do Not Hire this guy. Read the reviews. He is sketchy, unethical and seems proud of it. And women, do not have this guy come to your house when you are going to be home alone. This guy has zero business ethics and is deeply corrupt.

How is it possible that this con artist still has his license after scamming so many people? If you are thinking about hiring him, please read all reviews on here carefully -- even the ones below ""not recommended"" by Yelp. Nearly all tell exactly the same story - a slick salesman who talks a mile a minute until he gets you to sign a bizarre contract with many odd provisions (like consenting to have him record all conversations, etc.). Bischof told us that a broken kitchen drain was leaking ""sewage"" under our house and that the whole area would need ""remediation."" He said the total project to pull out the supposedly contaminated soil would run us $10K but that our foundation would rot if we didn't, and, oh, he'd need to punch a new access hole in the foundation to get to the area. We told him we'd need to speak to our homeowner's insurance before giving him the greenlight -- he asked if it would be okay to move in some equipment in the meantime. We said yes. He moved in the equipment the following morning and proceeded to punch the aforementioned hole in the foundation without checking with us first (actually, he slept on our chez lounge on the patio while a hired hand did the work). When we told him to stop, he began recording us, told us we were in breach of contract, and stormed off. No one with half a brain (which we, again, were apparently lacking) should be surprised that no environmental remediation was necessary for kitchen runoff nor that he lacked a permit to perform that remediation... or, for that matter, to make any modifications to our foundation. Our insurance said they wouldn't cover that sort of thing, and that, again, it wasn't necessary to begin with. As (retroactively) did our research to learn how much a project like this SHOULD cost, the top quote came in at $1500 -- from someone who was licensed to do all the things Bischof said we needed. He demanded $6K for ""phase one"" of the project (which he began without permission) and, when we refused to pay, he placed a lien on our house (improperly, but we still had to pay an attorney to have it removed - still better than giving a single penny to this man).

Oh, and the hole in our wall is still there.

He deserves zero stars he is a con artist. He talks fast and thinks only what he says is true. He pays day labors only 100 dollars to do his job and cares only about getting the most money out of you. He talks about honor but he has no idea what that means. He threatened me with a lien and did not negotiate with me when I told him I had proof of the damage Dave and whoever's working for him did to my house. He even put a lien on a friend's house. All he does is con you out of money and then puts a lien on your house. Stay away. I wish I read his reviews at first. He does give accurate receipts and then gives photo copies to confuse the situation. He refused too give my insurance an itemized breakdown as they requested numerous times. He leaves food and cups and does not clean up.

He will make you sign first to pay $89.50 for coming out and tell you the rediculas price if you don't want to pay he took $89.50 and go. I don't have no say more all his reviews said all. After all he is the one star man. He also treaded that if I make this review he will do the same thing to my business.

As people have talked about her this guy is a con. Stay away. He saw a single mom desperate to get her only toilet unplugged, as an easy person to take advantage of and boy was I a fool. He talked about the toilet clogging like it was this big job that needed to be done and went on and on about it, describing in detail what was wrong, in plumber-speak. (What do I know??) So when he told me the price I agreed to pay it. Actually the job ended up being a five minute simple solve. Essentially, the guy charged me $450 to come to my house and snake a clogged toilet. I can't believe I fell for it. Beware.
