Had an issue come up over a weekend. I called three plumbers who said they're available for emergencies. Only Dave and Joe's called me back. They came out quickly and fixed my problem. Actually, things weren't quite put together correctly afterward, but we called them and they came right back and fix the problem without any resistance. Would definitely use them again.

They are fantastic! I contacted a few companies requesting quotes, Joseph responded promptly. Joseph was the only vendor who took the time to talk to me about the issue I was having and explained everything to me. A few months later I followed up with him, he not only remembered me, he was incredibly accommodating to the issue we were having with my condo building. AND as if that wasn't enough, their prices are very competitive!

I was pleasantly surprised from the start. No answering service, Joseph answered the call on the 2nd ring and gave me multiple options for service times- Even a Sunday. Once we set up the appointment he continued communication through text to confirm the project and expectations.

On the day of service right as I was about to text to confirm our appointment I received a message asking the same-I am usually the one having to chase contractors down, not with Joseph. He was right on time, assessed the issue, and quickly completed the job. He was open to conversation and shared his knowledge as he worked- even provided pointers on warning signs and regular maintenance.

Joseph just left my house. He replaced/installed a new bathroom faucet and a kitchen faucet. Sounds easy except our house is 128 years old, nothing is easy. Always find surprises when working on home projects. Today was no exception, we ran into a few snags due to the age of the house.
Joseph was calm, thoughtful and worked through every issue without one complaint or attempt to raise the price. Due to the age of the house he even had to run to the hardware store twice for some new unanticipated parts but did not charge anything extra. He was true to his estimate and successfully completed the project as promised.

He was a polite and very professional. I'd recommend him for jobs like this without reservation.

Night before Thanksgiving....response time from me pushing submit button on Yelp and his message was three minutes.
We talked on the phone, he gave me his best estimate of cost and was on the job in about an hour...all fixed and done in another hour.
Grandpa Dave....you have a great grandson here....

Joe was great with communicating about when he'd be able to come by to do some work for me. He must be a busy guy since he had to reschedule one time but he was always truthful and kept to his word which I haven't experienced much from other services lately. I'd highly recommend this company. Good people who care about taking care of their clientele.

Working with Dave and Joe's plumbing was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life.

I actually don't think they were professionally trained as plumbers. The work that was performed was awful and negligent. One of the gas pipes they connected was leaking .. and my family had to be evacuated out of the house immediately. I had to close all the valves and hire professional plumbers to take care of the job.

All the plumbing had to be redone as it was not up to the code. I don't know how these people pass as plumbers. Be very careful with these guys.

Do not fall into the same trap I did.

To make things worse, after I posted this review - they blasted my phone number on multiple websites for different advertising items. I just filed a police report as I was getting phone calls with my home address published.

Our toilet was clogged and reached out on Yelp for several quotes. Dave and Joe's responded very quickly with their quote, which was under a couple of others, but also fixed within an hour of first making contact with them. I was also given a year long warranty. They were quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

I just had them check a shower leak and they were the first to respond. Joe is the one who came over and can say I'm 100% satisfied with his work. I thought the price was very fair and reasonable. I actually talked to him about another possible job later on and I definitely will use them when I'm ready to get that task done.
