Clogged kitchen sink in upstairs unit. I put the job on Yelp and received an instant response from Dave & Joe's Plumbing. Joe said he was in my area on another job but would stop by when he finished. A man of his word, Joe came by, unclogged the sink, cleaned up the area, wrote the receipt w/a 1-year warranty on the work, all within an hour!!! Excellent work and customer service. I'll definitely use this company again!!!

We came home from work one night to find a leak coming down from our second floor tub/shower. Panicked, and call Dave and Joe's plumbing. After initially scheduling us for the next day, Joe stopped by on his way home at 7 pm, took a look at our issue, and discovered it was an uncaulked bathtub faucet where water had been slowly leaking into the downstairs ceiling below. He caulked the faucet, waived the emergency fee, and solved our issue within 1/2 hour.

Feeling a big silly for not have caulking that faucet sooner, but incredible to have the issue diagnosed and solved so quickly. Could not recommend this company more!
