I called Davco Plumbing to service my Water Softner and stop the leak on my house filter system. The service tech was very professional and got my water soft again. After he left I noticed the filter was inverted. You can see the filter placement through the clear cylinder on the unit. I called the office and left message to inform them 03/21/2017. No response. Called again on 03/23/2017 and spoke with office. Explained situation and was told the filter only goes in one way. I told them this was not the case on my system. They seemed not to believe me. I have tried several times to unscrew the housing and flip the filter, but its on so tight I'm afraid of breaking the pipes. It's only supposed to be hand tightened. I had the instructions laid out for the tech. I paid a fair price for the services and they seem reluctant to come back out and correct the problem that they have created. i even texted the tech with photo on 03/28/2017. They seem to be ignoring my calls.

Finally got back to me and came out and fixed problem. Seems like Murphy's Law was in FULL effect!

They compensated for the mishap.

Very friendly and professional service. We needed to find a leak in our gas line and in less than a half hour Greg had it found. The price was reasonable and fair for the work he did. I would recommend Davco Plumbing to anyone that needs service fast!
