Especially, concentrating on our broader vision to acquire homes and transform them for the market, making them enhanced as rentals or for our visitors, like Airbnbs. But for now, it’s centered around incremental progress and addressing lesser issues that are important to you, particularly regarding your investment, so that your future home or even your beginner property doesn’t squander your hard-earned money or, even worse, require you to endure it. That’s why, we are offering services and will always offer services to alleviate those challenging times and turn them into a little easier, leaving you with a sense of relief.

We are a fairly recent innovative business catering to the Indianapolis area to fulfill a vision of addressing significant obstacles in our community, including housing. As a result, our goal is to position ourselves as one of the most valuable companies that provides our customers superior service and reasonable housing in the future. My name is John Daum, founder of Daum Property Investment. I am a 26-year-old professional born and raised in our charming state of Indiana. As a lifelong resident, I feel the best part is experiencing all four seasons of the year, how lively our towns, and the ongoing development of our city.
