I'm very upset with this business, my brand new house keep running into the clogging problem with the clogging in the bathrooms. Since we bought it last year we have call them more than 5 times to come & fix. They said the pipping was done incorrectly so the problem will continue to occur. Bill (the owner I think) came out and look at it and said he is working on getting another company to fix the problem (because they can't fix it). Well, no call back follow up with us, I call to check on the status & they're still working on it, now we're running into the clogging issue again. It's ridiculous on how they take their job. I'm so tired of this, probably have to look for another company to get this resolve. DEFINITELY NO STARS WORTH

Not impressed with the """"quality"""" of work, the (lack of) service provided, nor follow up. They say they did something (as a repair) when they did not...brought them back to do it right, and it still is not corrected.
