Company Overview
We are aestablished plumbing company, one of themost trusted in Sumter County, specializing in all your plumbing and gas services, frombasic faucet repairs, water heater fixes, and installation of both standard tank-type and tankless heaters, to sewer repairs and replacements, toilet services and replacements, to replumbing your home or plumbing your new residence.
Our journey began with my great-grandfather, TE Guess, who operated Guess Plumbing in the 1940s. My grandfather, Sidney M. Daughrity, later took over as New Idea Plumbing, which was renamed Daughrity Plumbing in the late 1940s. Then, my father, Sid M. Daughrity Jr., also known as Rooster, continued the legacy in the mid-1970s, rebranding to Daughrity Plumbing, and finally, in the late 1980s, we became Daughrity & Sons. I might not recall the precise startup date, but I have a rough estimate of when we started.

When it requires more than I can do, they schedule an appt quickly, arrive on time or call to update me on a delay, bring what ever is needed & handle the repair efficiently & cleanly. I would highly recommend this service. As an owner of an older home frequently requiring minor repairs, I truly appreciate such a prompt & reasonable service.
