I had to call them out for our hot water tank going out. They sent Charles and he was super helpful got on the phone with the warranty company and got them to approve the work. I like to see and ask questions about what all is going on with stuff being added to
My home and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very glad they came out in such a fast manner and helped my family out. I will definitely call them again for help in the future.

Strung me along all day, then never showed up and didn't answer their phones after not showing up all day. Said they'd be here by 8PM and never even bothered to call to say they would not make it. RUDE RUDE MAN!!! Avoid this company.

We filed a claim with our home warranty for a leaking hot water heater. I hadn't heard from them after a few hours so gave them a call. Gave them my location and he said he'd check with his tech and give me a call. He called me back a little while later and said he had someone in the area and they'd be there within 30-45 mins. I work from home, so no big deal for me. Charles came out and determined we needed a new hot water heater. He got the approval, set everything to drain in the meantime, and then went and got the new water heater. My old one wasn't on a pan so thinking we'd probably need a replacement, we went out and bought a pan just in case. He set up the pan and the drain for it. Overall just a really nice and personable guy. I'm surprised to see some of the negative reviews, but my experience was nothing but great.

I would give 0 star if I could. We had to use this provider because of the warranty company. This person came in with the least professionalism you could find in the service industry. He did not reply texts or calls. And he filed false claim to the warranty company saying he replaced the faucets, the shower head, the stem in the master bathroom but he did not. Avoid avoid and avoid!

The home warranty picked this place so I didn't have a choice but the guy that came to fix my water heater was so unpleasant and just out right rude at times. Asked for my $75 service fee before he even did any work. Then tried to charge me another $190. No manners whatsoever!

Avoid at all cost! Not a good experience. Didn't even bother completing work and had to call a professional plumber to fix the issue.

Bigots and racists! Not safe, Unprepared, unprofessional, rude. If i were able to score a 0 i would! He is working on behalf of choice warranty.His window was 11 to 3. He calls at 237p and says "are yall even home?" I was put off bc most techs touch base a minimum of 15ish minutes before. He says "im down the street". I let him know we are home. He arrives in a bad mood with no mask. We ask for him to put one on and some gloves. He says he doesn't have any. We offer him fresh out of the box never used masks and he refuses. We are confused. Why would he turn down the items that he can clearing see are new. He says since we didnt want him to come in as is. He will transfer the job. He didnt want the job in the first place and was rude at the very first interaction. I believe he lied about having the equipment bc he didn't want to serve our kind. What plumbing company that enters 100s of homes daily not have ppe? And when offered new ones...still refuses!

Choice Home Warranty sent out this company. Will told them he replaced a thermocouple that clearly has not been replaced and that I wouldn't know because I was present the entire time of the service call. I know that is a simple replacement yet he wasn't here long enough on the hot water heater to replace a screw! My pics prove it was not replaced!

Don't use Daugherty Plumbing. My home warranty company called them and asked them to come out and fix the water line to my freezer that had been leaking. He simply came out, turned off the water, took my $125 and left. When I called them to ask him to actually come and replace the valve, he seemed put off, asked my repairman if he could do it and then when I said he needed to replace it, he insisted that it would be the following week. I agreed and he never showed. I've called several times and no one is answering the phone.
