Worst plumbing company I have ever seen in my 65 years. They charged Choice Home Warranty 500 for labor for one hour work and attempted to charge me 500 for "things not covered". eventually dropped it to 355 after multiple calls challenging the other charges. I was forced to pay it. so total of 855 for labor to install a water heater and a booster because Choice did not provide my size heater. Choice covered the cost of the booster and labor to install it. So what's with the other 355. Bradley brought the wrong booster. We had to wait 2 weeks for him to come back. He didn't want to install it, because he said they are no good and he hates them. Google and you find these boosters are awesome. He wanted to just leave it with me and I told him to install what was paid for. He eventually installed it wrong, and we had zero water pressure. He called a real plumber and they told him how to install it. He then installed it upside down, with a tee leaking and left the drip pan full of water and turned my water heater all the way up. He left knowing we only had lukewarm water after the installation of the booster. He didn't know how to set it. I told him he should get the manual on how to set the booster. He said he didn't have the manual and he didn't. After he left, I downloaded the manual myself and easily set the booster to the right temp hot water. He knew it was wasnt right and left it that way anyway. I called to have him come back and clean out the drip pan and fix the leak on the tee he left leaking. Dispatch said he couldn't come back until next week. I told them to send someone else then. He came back and did what I asked him to. I told him and his helper to have a nice day. Neither one acknowledged and left. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with in my 65 years. Dont allow your warranty folks send these guys to you and don't use them yourself. They are crooked in dealings, incompetent with plumbing skills, service time is horrible, customer service is rude and obnoxious. I needed to write this now so I wouldn't ever forget. You will regret it if you ever use them. Good luck with your plumbing needs.

I also blame Choice Home Warranty for continuing to use this shady company... simple lead at the faucet, and they file unauthorized work to Choice who rejects the claim. Now these scammers demand I pay for their unauthorized work. I had read the reviews and was extremely leery of this company, but the Home Warranty "selects" the contractor.

Used my home warranty service for a kitchen sink and dish washer that wouldn't drain due to a broken garage disposal.
They were prompt in contacting me for scheduling and even got to me a day early. Both representatives were very knowledgeable and gave me proper maintenance guidance to prevent future issues.

placed a claim with my home warranty company which is Choice home warrant. plumbers showed up on time but after I showed them what was broken on my toilet. they said they had to call the home warranty company. I had a broken flange causing water to leak out from under my toilet. They claimed that it's not covered under my home warranty because it's a regular maintenance issue. I have never k of a water leak being a regular maintenance issue I ended up having to pay my $75.00 service fee plus another $150.00 dollars for the repair. and they left my bathroom in a mess had grease from the old wax ring everywher. I would not recommend using Daughty Plumbing for any reason they are a rip off company for money. if I wasn't handicapped I would had fixed it mysel. they wouldn't even finish caulking around the bottom of the toilet. they said that was my responsibility even though I'm handicapped and only have one arm.

Don't use this company for anything they lie and make appointments they don't keep! They avoid phone calls by sending you to voice mail, they do not honor their contracts! worst company ever! How are they still in business?

didn't focus on solving problem in one visit. They want to make multiple trips out to your property so they can charge more.

If I could give less than 1 star I would do that. This company was sent to fix/replace my water softener. I called them to set up a time for them to come take a look at the softener and they said they didn't know when they could make it but they would call me back. It took them a week to call me back to set the appointment. When they finally came out they said the softener needed to be replaced. A few days later they called stating they were ordering a new softener but couldn't tell me anything about what he was ordering or if it was comparable to what I had, when I asked. They called the day before coming out to install the new softener and gave me the part number and stated it would be $250. They arrived the next morning for the install. I just happen to walk out in the garage and see the old softener in the driveway and the new one in it's place (didn't ring the doorbell or anything). I struck up a conversation with the guy and he stated " I have to get this finished" which was my cue to leave him alone. He finally completed the install (so I thought). He knocked on the garage door and stated he was done. He showed me the softener had a light, and stated I could set the salt levels and that he set the hardness to 25. He handed me the manual and stated it would be $250. He scanned my card and left. A couple of days went by and we noticed the water was not soft. We discovered he did not set the salt levels, he left the softener in bypass and he did not properly install the face plate. After carefully reading the manual I was able to get all of that fixed and it's working beautifully. Now comes the real problem. My old softener was a 2 tank system. The smaller tank was where we would put the salt. A few days had gone by and I started noticing the plants in the garden outside the garage were turning brown and there was white residue in the driveway next to the gardens as well as a few salt pellets under one of the shrubs. I realized that he had taken the salt water from old softener and poured it in the gardens, killing several plants and two 13 old shrubs. AND my HOA requires that I have plants in those areas. Now I'm stuck with how to neutralize the salt in the soil so I can put new plants there before the warnings and fines start rolling in from the HOA. I contacted the warranty company about all that has happened with this company. OH! and the also stated he should not have charged me any more money. They are working to get my money back as well as what can be done to rectify the damage he caused. This is a horrible and dishonest company. If your warranty gives this company to you as a service provider, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, protect yourself and refuse to use them and ask them to provide with another, more reputable and honest company .

I want to let everyone know out there do not use Daugherty Plumbing Co in Holland Texas, they have no customer service, the one Plummer they had come to my house lied to me and when I called and finally got a hold of owner Will, he now won't answer phone or return my call. I let them know I need a refund of what wasn't finished on my job 8/28/2019 and waited 2 days for a call back. Heard nothing. I told them there was no need for them to come finish job. Just give me refund. I did not fill good about entire job they did from first moment they arrived they were pushy about home warranty deductible then of course nothing was covered. Horrible service do not recommend.

Even one star too much for them they did horrible service and ripped the peoples money ~ not recommend ~ and broke the plug and said they never did ~ wth ??!!! Not honest and not professional at all ~ all they want is your money ~ watch out this company people !!!!!

In this review, I cannot vouch for whether these folks are even good plumbers or not. They were assigned by my home warranty company to fix a plumbing problem, but after accepting the assignment, they broke the appointment and refused to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails.
