This is now my go to plumbing company. Showed up as promised oon time even with my crazy schedule they made it work. Kyle K. the professional plumber that came to my new home to fix 2 toilets was nothing but the best. He will be my go to guy by request for future needs when I call Dauenhauer Plumbing. He was nothing but perfect in taking care of me as the customer. The charges are more than fair for the quality service I received from him. Highly recommended company.

My elderly parents have a 3-year old gas water heater that ceased working on a Saturday. We called and got an appointment the next day - Sunday - and were told there was no extra charge for a service call on the weekend (yeah!). They arrived on time, looking presentable with a positive, respectful attitude. They quickly found the problem and corrected the problem for a nominal fee. A disreputable company could have invented a lot of things to check or replace driving up the charges but not this company. This is the third time my family has used them and third time we were very pleased. I recommend them highly.

Customer service is not a lost practice with Dauenhauer Plumbing! We had called and scheduled an appointment for today from between
1:00 and 6:00 P.M. today. The plumber (Jacob W.) called and wanted to know if it would be okay if he arrived earlier. Absolutely! He rectified the problem and replaced a trap that I had not anticipated at what I consider a very reasonable price. I have learned a new way to spell relief : D-A-U-E-N-H-A-U-E-R P-L-U-M-B-I-N-G.

My hot water heater busted last night and I needed a quick repair. I called at 7:30 and they came out at 12:30. The plumber was professional and very knowledgeable. He installed a new unit and brought everything up to code. He also installed a new shut off valve. Nice work!

Dauenhauer Plumbing visited my property on 08/2017 only to find out that a re-set button should have been pushed to empty the sink ($100.00). The Technician told me it was for the Service run which I was told they do not charge a Service run. Then there was a toilet handle that needed to be changed out another ($100.00) which was fine but the re-set button to push and charge $100.00 based on the Technician being able to make the decision for the charge. I will not call them for a small job (ever) again...I think they are too high especially just to push a button.

I can't comment on the entire business or what others have said, but I will share my experience with Donivan H.... First, I had another plumber come to check out my ceiling leak, he estimated it would run me a few GRAND to go up there and explore the root. I had a Dauenhauer appointment later that day and decided to keep it just in case, second opinion. My window was 5pm-10pm, Donivan gets here promptly at 5, but of course I'm stuck at work. I get out at 630, he returns my call, is super courteous and nice, offers to come by anyways around 715. Awesome. I apologize multiple times but again, he's super understanding. He spends a couple hours looking, running faucets, etc, he too cant find the source. He has one final idea and discovers the culprit: a leak AROUND my tub, not the plumbing. Charges $89 (base visit cost), plus offers to caulk it up for me for free! Here's the kicker... he realizes afterwards he doesn't actually have any caulk, so this dude goes to Lowes, buys it, spends 30 minutes caulking it up like freakin Van Gogh (seriously, my bathroom somehow looks nicer than it did before) and leaves me with the can. Everything you could ever want... not only experienced and great at his job, but HONEST, and with MIND BLOWING customer service. I will refer him to everybody.

Called on a Tuesday to arrange for them to come out on Saturday May 20th between 8 am and 1 pm. At 12:30 pm we called and low and behold they didn't even show that we had called and booked them to come out. We had to find another plumber that was actually reliable and fixed our issues. Wouldn't recommend to anyone else.
