Unfortunately, we had an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday and our regular plumbing company wasn't available. So, I searched online and came across Dauenhauer Plumbing and the reviews were great, so I called and left a message. The voicemail/automated service stated that someone would call back within a few minutes once I left my information, but that didn't happen. I waited roughly an hour and decided to call back and this time a cool dude answered the phone, took my info and booked our appointment. Approximately, 10-15 minutes later he called back and stated it would be 6pm because no one was available if we didn't mind. No big deal, I thought it was still great considering it was a Sunday! Then at approximately 11am Richard called and asked if I'd be okay with him coming early and I was delighted. Needless to say he came 6 hrs prior to when I was expecting him to come. He quickly figured out the problems and within a couple hours had everything taken care of. Richard was pleasant, courteous, professional, had on a mask and even cleaned up after himself (yes, really). The service was exceptional and since we're in the process of renovating our home, I'll be contacting this company again in the near future for ALL of our plumbing needs and our regular plumbing company now has one less customer! I've already recommended this company to our neighborhood association blog and if you're reading this, you'd be satisfied with this company as well!

They do good work the problem is their price, they charge me over 200 dollars to put in a kitchen faucet, not happy at all about that, they are not reasonable or affordable.

They wouldn't give a quote over the phone to unclog a drain. Said the driver would provide a free estimate upon his arrival. He was 1.5 hours late. As he walked in, without inspecting the clog, before he got to the sink, he said it would be $218 ""but if that's not ok then they can just leave"". So I have a choice of being priced gouged right then and there or waiting another day to get another plumber. This is an unfair and intentionally deceptive business practice. I will never use Dauenhauer nor will I ever recommend Dauenhauer.

Honest and friendly company! I thought I might have had a leak coming through the ceiling in my house, so I scheduled an appointment. Chris Moss came over and looked for the source. He did not charge me for the visit, he was honest and told me that he was unable to find any problems in his preliminary inspection. He gave me an estimate for work that he could do to investigate the problem, but recommended that we keep an eye on it to see if it gets bigger and if it's associated with rain because it may actually be a roofing issue. Overall, he could have charged us for the visit, he could have done unnecessary work and charged us for that, and he could have recommended additional work that would have cost us money, but at the end of the day, he was truthful and helped us without looking for the money.

I called this company for 'ghost flushing' in my toilet..... ya, call me whatever, I'm totally incompetent at fixing plumbing issues.

Anyway, this young guy came out at the time told to me and hardly took 3-4 mins to fix my issue. Great service then why 4 stars? Because even though I'd placed my call before the after hours began, they charged me for after hours. They are on the higher side price wise, but the service was good.

Then again.. mine was an itsy bitsy issue....
