I had the pleasure to meet Keith and his son on Monday. They replaced the toilet bowl and sink in our bathroom. I cannot say enough nice things about these two gentlemen. First of all they were on time, very clean with a mask and gloves, friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonable! If you are looking to have any plumbing work done I highly recommend this crew. I was told that an estimate of 85.00 would be added to my bill . I had a minor toilet repair the handle was broken period. I had the part the estimate was 325.00 very high, I am an elderly single woman and agreed no written contract the serviceman completed the job in less than 15 mins. He also went into my kitchen as I was paying the bill he went under my kitchen sink I asked him what he was doing and he replied he was affixing a company label to my garbage disposal. I called to get an itemized bill re: parts and labor and was told that they don't do that. Very rude she told me I had bad energy and I should not contact the Better Business Bureau A total RIP OFF please stay clear of this disreputable business

Reported them to the BBB, Florida DPBR and IOPSA. Run Away! First off the coupon is for jobs over $500 so they lure you in and then rake you. Keith did half the job, then charged $278 which is triple what my normal guy charges. I notified him that the toilet was still not working properly the very next working day. Keith the plumber never intended on coming back and finishing the job, and only made the 2nd appointment with me to bide time to run and cash the check. Can't stand LIARS, it's my biggest pet peeve because you disrespect yourself, the person whose time your'e wasting (also your folks because they didn't teach you to be dishonest) Keith pulled a No-show today. I called the office # and they said they """"will call me back"""". You are a JOKE and of course you left me in the lurch and didn't call back. I cancelled an important meeting today in order to be meet him here at Noon. Not only did you cost me business as I'm in sales you also costed me my time and aggravation because I waited a week for you to come and finish the job. I hope the $ and time you wasted of mine was worth it because every time you have to answer to the complaints I've filed against you I want you to think long and hard about cheating the next customer.

Dishonest pricing! Told us it would be $65 for a service call for a blocked toilet. It took the plumber 4 minutes to unblock and he charged $200 even though we were told UP front it would be $65. When we called to discuss with the office we were dealt with rudely and defensively. Be warned that this is not an honest or nice company and stay away!!!

We had a leak and had a lot of water coming into our kitchen, but we weren't sure exactly where it was coming from. Charles and Keith came out and detected the leak. They determined that our neighbor's pipe had a hole in it, but our neighbor was uncooperative and didn't want to pay for plumbing services. Charles and Keith helped us to get our neighbor's cooperation and fixed the leak on the spot. They were very helpful, honest, friendly, and affordable!
